I bought this for my home use - and I've been using it everyday. I use it like a chair, to help in posture and core muscles, besides normal exercises. The DVD which comes with it, is a good starting point and shows what all can be done with the ball; although I've checked on youtube too for additional exercises.The material is good and doesn't attract dust and fibre like the other gym balls I've read about. It doesn't loose air too.All in all, a good investment and a satisfied buy from Argos.

A great purchase!Not at all as fussy to inflate as I worried it would be.Unfortunately the DVD that came with the ball did not work, but I contacted Reebok and they immediately sent me a replacement.I received the new DVD today. It consists of a warm up, routine and stretch section. In total it is about 20-25 minutes long and a really thorough, all over work out. When I'm short on time I search on youtube and do a 10 minute video.I love this product and can really feel it working!

What is there to like about this gym ball? Well - it just works. That's it. I bought this particular gym ball despite the fact that I hate sports brands (such as Reebok, etc), coz it has high ratings.Initially I bought a cheaper gym ball from argos, but it just plain old didn't work, the pump was broken, the air wouldn't stay in. Got a refund.THIS ball comes with a pump that works. It's a job and a half to get it inflated, but when you do - it works as it should and holds air.

Really well make, great quality and very sturdy but the enclosed pump is useless, so used my foot pump; the ball wouldn't inflate past 55cm so i returned itHOWEVER i then purchased a 75cm ball (same manufacturer) which only went to 65cm with the foot pump BUT 75cm with an electric pump.So i would recommend this item but suggest you get a decent pump! It's sturdy and well made, even better quality than my last one which i used for years (and somehow lost)

This product was recommended by a physiotherapist to my husband whom I made the purchase for. I liked that it includes a pump for the ball, most others I believe you bought the pump separately. It has been helping my husbands back with exercises directed by his physio. The only reason I didn't give it an excellent rating is because the ball does deflate ever so slightly over a few days. But at least we have the pump handy. Overall a quality product.

I bought this gymn ball whilst 6 months pregnant and it was great for doing all my pregnancy exercises, I also used it at my pregnancy yoga classes. It is a good size, the material is comfortable to sit on. It comes with a pump and so blowing it up is hassle free, I would certainly recommend this gymn ball. I have continued to use the gymn ball after pregnancy to exercise and it still ticks all the boxes.

Purchased at 32 weeks to use as birthing ball. It was easy to set up and few weeks on there hasn't been any leaks. Only issue to be aware of is the smell. It pretty much smells like horse poop and will fill up the room. I was searching all over the living room to figure out where the smell was coming from till I realised it was from my latest purchase. Deflated it, gave it a good wash and all is now good.

I narrowed down my choice for a Gym Ball to two and eventually decided on the Reebok. Although slightly more expensive than other choice, I believe the little extra was well worth it. None of the usual complaints as with others on offer, of 'poor quality', and 'unable to inflate with pump provided'.This is a well made Gym Ball, which I would certainly recommend to other keep fit enthusiasts.

Bought this for use at home during coronavirus pandemic. Unlike my gym (which has closed) there is no safe fall floor covering at home should I fall off the ball. So activity on the ball has to be careful. I was surprised there was no air valve inside the ball. Instead you get a plastic plug (and a spare) to stop air coming out. However, this has kept its seal and held the air in to date.

Excellent value for money. Google search your height, so you purchase correct size ball. Easy to inflate to correct size with supplied pump and tape measure. Also had a starter exercise DVD which was a bonus. I couldn't find the on-line link to add the code to get the extra 20% off, so I purchased it over the counter and the staff sorted it all out.

This is a really good product for various indoor usages. Apart from exercising, this gym ball helps my wife in getting through her 3rd trimester where she used the ball to ease her contraction. Easy to set up, clear instruction and comes with few spare items. Now I use it to do simple core exercises after she safely delivered a beautiful daughter,

Excellent product, was advised by physio to use a gym ball for lower back problems. It's very good quality and a strong material, great size for a 5ft 4 female.Excellent product would definitely recommend! The dvd isn't too bad either to give you some ideas of different excersises you can do with it! ( also gives you a warm up and cool down)

Bought this instead of a cheaper make and so glad I did. It seems very well made and a strong material. Doesn't attract dust and fluff like others I read about.Only issue was trying to pump it up to the full recommended size with the pump provided - proved too hard for me so had to get help towards the end. But otherwise a great product.

I purchased this recently for use during pregnancy as a birthing ball. It comes with its own pump and is relatively easy to blow up. It is really sturdy and I used this a lot during last few weeks of pregnancy. It was a bit expensive and there are cheaper alternatives but I'm not sure about the quality and if they include a pump.

Reserved product online and collected it from store within 5 minutes = well done Argos.The gym ball is great and is a good quality product which comes with clear instructions/equipment for inflating it, and also comes with a handy dvd containing gym ball exercises.Am very happy with my purchase and the service from Argos :-)
