First of all we warned it is very small, it's only about a 12" by 6" by about 2" deep. The descriptions states miniature but the title doesn't so be away of the size before you buy it. It comes complete in a tiny box with every thing except the tools. You will need a hammer, and adjustable spanner and a screwdriver to put it together. Putting it together is a a little fiddly due to the small size and you will need a strong steady hand to build it. You need to make sure all the parts are put together properly especially if small children are going to be playing with it.One thing I never realised before I had kids was that they all love anything with wheels on. This litlte tow along truck is perfect for the older toddler, who's been up and on their feet for good few months and their imagination is start to brim over with fun ideas for play. The good thing aboutt he size is that they can't overload it with too many things, it's easy to pull around. Obviously it's a metal unit with free spinning wheels, and your kids will happily let it run into walls and doors, so indoor play will need supervision to remind them to be careful. Outdoors it's good fun and runs OK on paths and grassy areas, again kids being kids good supervision is needed to ensure they don't try to stand in the truck and end up flying backwards onto a hard surface. I suppose from that point of view it's a great teaching aid to help young children start to understand about reposibility for a vehicle and how dangerous they can be if not used carefully. My own kids loved playing with it, it holds enough stuff to make it usable, it rolls along easily and encourages lots of imaginitive play. Yes, like anything it could be dangerous if not used carefully but as any good parent knows, always one eye on what your young kids are up to. Even though it is small and some might say kids will grow out of it, kids can surprise you and often find ways to keep playing with toys you think they no longer want.

Smaller than expected for a reasonable-ish price, mostly metal, although i;m disappointed the wheels aren't rubber coated. But that's the only thing though. I actually really like it, and it's nice to see a functional toy that's metal, not garishly coloured plastic. The design is a very cool vintage American style, and regardless of whether it becomes a toy or an ornament, it's functional and looks great.Putting it together requires a philips screwdriver, hammer and spanner (to hold the bolts while you screw the screws in) and you do really need all of the proper tools - I tried to avoid the hammer bit by using the end of a blunt object and it doesn't work. Putting it together was a bit of a faff, the instructions are clear but you have to knock the wheel stoppers in with the hammer - why this wasn't alternatively designed I don't know - and hitting them on straight is a bit awkward. It also means you can't dismantle this (easily and without potentially breaking it) when it's built. My Nephew loves anything that moves and is remotely like a trolley, and this is small enough to keep at our house as a toy without being too much in the way when he's not here. It's also a good display idea, and i'm sure when he gets bored of this i'll be using it as a plant pot.Overall, despite it's annoying bits, I really like it and love the design and materials; one of the best kids push toys i've seen.

First thing I noticed when it arrived....Oh my goodness, it's really really tiny. It actually says MINIATURE on the box, and that is exactly what it is. Construction is a bit of a fiddle in particular the little red plastic and metal end caps which hold the wheels on. They have to be hammered into place. A very fiddly job I must say. But, hey ho, all thumbs and fingers still intact ! So, it is very, very cute. But very very tiny, I believe I mentioned that!. The photo I have uploaded shows it sitting on my kitchen counter. It certainly would make a cute fruit display, but you won't get much fruit in it.It would be small enough for a table top display and would look nice with greenery and some candles in it...maybe battery operated ones for safety in case anyone decides to pull it along the table. So , more of a novelty display item, or a pull along for a very tiny child, who might just about be able to put one or two fingers through the tiny handle. No idea where they got the tiny children in the photo from. It certainly is a bit misleading.

Be aware of what you are ordering here. This is an incredibly cute little mini pull-along wagon, suitable for decoration, If you have a retro-themed room with a vintage American style doll to sit in the wagon. It's too small to be used as a pull-along toy by a toddler. although robust, it will probably break if they attempt to sit in it.Which they probably will.Don't get this as a present for toddlers, then. Do get it if you love retro or vintage toys, love Americana, or just love something a bit quirky. I got it as I thought it might prove a lovely toy for a visiting toddler. Er, no.However it's not suitable for small children. It does require a little bit of assembly beforehand, have a screwdriver handy, and bear this in mind if giving this as a gift to someone who may not appreciate having to assemble it. It's really easy to do, but not everyone appreciates having to do it.

I didn't choose this as a toy, but as a display tool for in store and window displays. We will come to the toy value soon....firstly this needs some assembly. The metal tray is one piece but it cones with four wheels, axels, a towing handle and some other components which need fitting. You will need a slothead screwdriver and a wrench or set of spanners to complete this. The wheels are robust and plastic, in fact the whole assembly is tough but kind for toddlers or younger children. The completed assembly is ideal for displaying small items, like sweets or toys, e.g. marbles or toy soldiers, this works well in a glass cabinet or table top or in a window display. In addition...this a wonderful children's toy!Ideal for a younger child, of either gender, to pull around and generally have fun with. Great value for money and doesn't need batteries!

This is cute and a scaled down version of a similar toy my kids had when they were young. When it's described as a 'little red toy' that's exactly what it is - little! You do have to construct this and it is on the fiddly side of frustrating when you do, although when the final wheel is in place it is really appealing to look at. Whether any child would actually play with this is another matter as the handle only extends up (at a pulling angle) to about a foot off the floor. For me this is more of a decorative item: i.e. something you would display blocks or a cute teddy in than an actual pull along, dig in the sandpit, transport sand - you get the general picture, nice to look at but not much use for general haulage.Still, it does offset our youngest's Paddington Bear really well.

This is a very sweet, miniature size, version of the classic Little Red Toy Wagon. On the minus side, you do need your own tools to put this together, but, when you do, it is sturdy and well made. It is very small, so do be aware of that. My nephew loves it for pulling toys around, for rides, and I can see it having more use in the summer, perhaps in the sandpit or garden. It is designed for children aged 3+, but children could not pull this comfortably for long, as the handle is too small/low for any but the youngest child. It doesn’t take up too much room and my nephew is very taken with trundling his toys about in it. However, quite small and not really much use beyond ages 3 and 4 in my opinion.

I love this little toy wagon in pillar box red but it is so small. I did not realise it was so tiny but it is fantastically well made and easy to put together. I think this is a minature one of the original. It actually says minature on the box.At under £20.00 it is reasonably priced and will be lovely to pull little dinky cars or small dolls about. My little visitor loved it when he came to visit and spent a good half an hour towing his teddy around. A good little wagon as long as you are aware of the size.

This is a great wee toy. It is a sturdy wee wagon that the kids love to pull along and put their stuff in! It is super cute and doesn't really look like a toy but a little cart. It is very shiny and has a handle that is great for a toddler to pull along. It is very small but my niece loves it. It was very annoying to build though and I had to borrow tools to put all the pieces together. Having said that, it is sturdy, well made and very cute and dinky. It is a real pleasure for toddlers.

I wanted the bigger version of one of these as a kid so for me it's very retro and brings back quite a few memories. This is the smaller version designed for either just show or for toddlers to play with. It's ideal for my kids as a small teddy carrier or as my daughter has decided, a princess car....I know.It comes with a few things to put together, like the 4 wheels, the handle etc but takes minutes to do. It looks great, very bright vivid red and stands out as something different.

Came in kit form, and was a lot smaller than we'd thought it would be, but our 1 yr old Grandson loves it, he pulls it round indoors and out, with a variety of toys in it.For size comparison, it's about the size of an A4 sheet of paper - with the little pull handle about the same length again. The wheels are about the size of a roll of Sellotape - but it all goes together well and is very sturdy... but don't expect it to be bigger, because it's not

A design classic, to many iconic. Please consider size before ordering as this is not a full sized one more of a decor piece or small trolley for very young children. You need to assemble this but was easy and fast. Approx size a little smaller than a4 paper so a few small toys or simply put on display in any room of the house for an interesting talking point. We loved it and its already on display in our lounge and looks fantastic.

once you have got your tools out to put this together it is a sweet little wagon that the toddlers love to transport their things in, We have had dolls, megabloks, chalk and crayons so far in the past few days. It is sturdy and looks nice but is pretty small so can't really hold a lot in there. this wored well for us with limited space in our home.It rolls smoothly and seems easy enough for the 2 year old to pull along happily.

This is a funky little wagon that whilst small has undeniable appeal but maybe more for the adults with it’s 50s American styling and attractive colour. My daughter put it together with no issue and I can see my grandson enjoying this when he’s a little bit older for storing and moving his toys around although the high centre of gravity won’t help over bumpy ground. The cat has shown a bit of interest in it too!

Cannot help feeling a little disappointed re the size of this. I thought a little trailer would be great for my 3 year old great grandson but this is really very small. We built it up without too much trouble. It does look well made and is really smart looking. It runs well and I suppose it would carry small toys but nothing too big.
