I purchased this item for my 2 1/2 year old son. It is very sturdy, but kind of a pain to put together (the slots for the roller legs are difficult to line up to the bolt holes and the handlebars say on the instructions to insert until it locks into place and when the push clips come out of the track on the inside and go back in it makes a snap noise but theyre still easily moved, you have to shove down quite hard, but havent worked out how to get the handlebars out!) It is sturdy and well built. The folding feature is easy to use and alot of the folding instructions are printed on the bottom so even if you got it without the instructions it would still be fairly obvious.

Excellent product, I had seen it in another retail store and thought it'd be a great gift to get my son for his first birthday. I bought it from Amazon as it was significantly cheaper than elsewhere. The item was delivered really quickly and with minimal assembly should have been easy to put together. The item we were sent though had 2 left wheels. The wheels were identical apart from what I'll describe as internal grooves what fit the wheels to the frame, my partner managed to twist the wheel into place snapping of a tiny "groove" which then fixed the problem (doesn't seem to affect the use or safety of product). I would have returned the product if my partner hadn't have fixed it.

Our son turned 3 and we wanted to get him a scuttle bug, our other son is turning 2 in May and as little ones are they will fight over any toy that is bought into the house we decided to get our younger son a scramblebug in advance so both boys would have their very own bug and opted for this scramblebug as it has 4 wheels instead of 3 in the hopes it's more sturdy and easily drivable for a smaller toddler. The item is as described, very easy to ride, does not tip easily and the wheels turn very softly and do not get stuck, it's an utter joy to see our 22 month old wheel himself on this around the house and in the garden as he thoroughly enjoys his hornet :)I can't think of anything negative to say about the product,

Perfect toy for my nearly one year old. She has been walking just a few weeks and is on the small side but can climb on by herself no problem. We have to push her but the two separate handles make that easier than the Scramblebug that we have for my son. We debated getting another Scramblebug as my son loves his but so glad we got this instead as better for younger child. Love that it goes in all directions but the wheels aren’t so loose that it can’t be controlled easily. Great too that it folds up and is really portable. Seems well made - only tiny niggle is that while it looks great, the instructions say take off the L and R stickers after assembly,

This is a great toy. My daughter couldn't quite figure it out at 18 months but at 20 months she knows how to make it move but is still quite slow. I'm guessing by age 2 she will be whizzing around on it. If you have a child who is desperate to get on their older sibling's ride ons then this is the toy for you. I don't think it will last my daughter much over 2.5 as she is quite tall but then saying that my 5 year can get on it and move it albeit a bit uncomfortably!!Edited at 22 months - she's now whizzing around on this and theres no stopping her! Not sure how long it will last. My 5 year old cannot play on it (although he tries) as his legs are to bent to scoot it forwards lol!!

We have a scramble bug and three children. We bought this scuttle bug for our youngest child's first birthday. He was really into the scramble bug but kept tipping it over so we were really happy to find this alternative. We have found that he's not really interested in this one and still plays on the other. My girls have played on this but again prefer the older version.It's a lovely sturdy toy and they love how this one goes sideways. I think if it was the only one we had they would have played lots with it but I wouldn't recommend it over the scramble bug. It was very easy to assemble and is nice and strong with three children playing on it.

We bought this for my 1 year old's first birthday and she loved it immediately. It is just the right size and it moves easily because of the multi-directional wheels. It is also good because the handle-bars are fixed which makes it easier to use for the younger child. Also, my 2 and a half year old can use it but I don't believe it should be marketed until 3 years old as it is a little small. We were toying between this and the Scuttlebug and my daughter has since tried out a scuttlebug and I am SO glad we went for this one because of the multi-directional wheels, the fixed steering and the 4 wheels make it more stable.

I bought this from Costco for £11 real bargain. Would have paid the amazon price also. Easy to put together bab5 was on it in minutes. My baby is 14 months old been walking since 10 months and he has no trouble using it. He has yer grasped concept of going fast but he can move in a straight line.He also has great fun pushing it around.In the instructions it says dont leave un supervised and would agree. He fell off the back once but was fine because it is so low to ground. Buy one you wont be disappointed. Amazon maybe you should review price of this Cosrco is far cheaper.

Our son got this for his 1st birthday and he loved it. Shame you can't adjust the height, as he's now 2.5 and although average in height already outgrown this really. But it actually does not stop him from using it. It is sturdy, easy to manoeuvre and we never had any issues with the wheels rubber catching described by other reviewer. Though we've used it indoors only. And yes, it is true that the handlebars do not steer, but you actually would not want that for a one year old, at that age it would be fairly difficult to grasp such concept. Great 1st BD present!

Brilliant product our 5th one now super sturdy extremely fun no stresses from little one as wheels go where ever they want defo worth any amount of cash in my eyes but the best feature for me is that mookie understand little kids can not sit on a massively wide seat and then bend their knees to push themselves along they have catered with this much narrower comfortable seat that is easy for the babies/toddlers to get on and off alone (creating the opportunity for them to be more independent) 100% highly recommend these over any other ride on

Bought for my 1 year old. She enjoys it, although at the moment she straddles the seat then walks around with it rather than riding it as intended. She has had a couple of falls when standing next to it and holding the handles as it moved away quickly when she leant on it so she toppled with it. both times was on a slippy floor so I've been keeping it for on carpet use until she is more steady on her legs (she's only been walking a few weeks!). My niece and nephew (19month and 3yrs) also seem to enjoy it so hopefully it will last a while.

Absolutely epic, we have two of these one for our house & on at grandmas. As the wheels go 360 she can navigate around the house even though she could not walk or crawl properly. All the children have loved these bugs and I hundred percent recommend them to all my NCT mums. It gives the kids confidence and stops them from getting frustrated as they can move around the house. They are low enough so if they do slip off they don’t hurt themselves, but they’re easy to grip the handles and superlightweight. It folds up super easy and

Bought this for my 20 month old to get him some confidence on wheels, He was precariously balancing on it in under a day and gets quite unhappy if we leave the house without it. So I would say it was a hit. The only thing I would say its its no good on grass he just tips over forward on it, quite funny doesn't hurt him he seems to like doing it. Bought for 20 quid and even if he only rides it for a year I'd say that's a reasonable price for a years entertainment! Shame the seat isn't a bit higher though.

Just brought this for my daughters first birthday and, i put it together because of some of the reviews to find absolutly no problem at all, i am very pleased with the quilty and it is adorable, i even let my lo have a sneaky go on it at 9 months old and she loved it and managed to go backwards lol it was very easy to put together. I am confident that this will be my little girls fravrioute present on the day. ?? i will also be getting 1 for my nieces first birthday i am that happy with it.

My brother bought this for my sons first birthday. My lad wasn't crawling let alone walking but on this with a little bit of help he could totter around the house.Now 2 months on he flies around on it. He particularly likes to chase the cat, ram into anything that can spill and race to our french doors to give them a good slam.Works well even on (not to thick) carpet. It can be tipped over but is generally very stable. Folds down pretty flat. Build quality seems very good.
