This works just fine. I know it can be argued that a cheaper £10 HDMI rated for High Speed with Internet will in all likelihood perform equally well in terms of vision and sound but given the length of 5m I was prepared to pay the premium to underpin consistent performance and reliability associated with the QED brand. The cable is very well built, make sure you recognise that as it is a substantial cable there are limitations on bend radius when manoeuvring round corners.

The cable it's self works as well as expected from QED, but the only downside is its large diameter making it difficult to flex in tight installations bare this in mind if using in confined spaces.
