I bought these to organise my university notes. I put each courses' notes in a different file, and use a different colour for each course so I can instantly grab the notes I want - that's the main advantage of having multiple colours for me. They're transparent too, so you can double check what's in there if you have to.They've all been able to contain a full courses' notes, and really help give structure to your organisation. I bought these to store rarely-accessed papers at the back of my filing cabinet. My filing cabinet is very A4 i.e. the width of the drawer is only a few millimetres wider than A4 width. I expected that most A4 wallets would be too wide to fit the drawer and I therefore had to find a wallet that could be cut and taped together again to the required width. These wallets do the job perfectly. They are easy to cut and to re-assemble.(Regarding the difficulties with my filing cabinet, I chose an A4 sized filing cabinet in preference to one which would accommodate foolscap width papers and documents. Right, so these A4 sized document wallets are perfect. They do exactly what they're designed to. Size wise, a little bigger than A4 paper which is good as it allows a lot more paper to be put inside without it bulging too much. An important point I must make is, the colours advertised are wrong. There is no purple folder/wallet and so far I haven't read any reviews from anyone saying they've received a purple one. I've put some pictures so you can see what you'll receive if you go ahead with the purchase. Price, delivery, packaging was all also really good ?

I got 12 folders: 3 Reds, 3 Blues, 3 Whites, and 3 Greens (did not receive any purple ones but that's fine since I don't care about the colours). They're all exactly the same aside from the colours. You can write on them using a Sharpie permanent marker (and probably all permanent markers). I managed to fit in about 400 pieces of paper into one folder which is just under an inch in terms of thickness. I'd say that's plenty of space. If you need to fit in more then you might be better off buying another type of folder.

I love this folders, just what I wanted - for various school projects and papers. Bright and glossy (the size is slightly bigger than the A4 format, which is very convenient). 12 in a pack, an array of colours. You can easily fit in about 30-40 A4 sheets in one folder, or a couple of notebooks.The folders seem quite durable (don't expect them to last for decades, of course!), they also are quite a bargain. I recommend and will certainly buy from this seller (GBP International) again.

I've had this for a week and am very pleased with it.Pros:- The folders are sturdy- Flap locks securely in place- Semi opaque finishing allows you to see the content.- Though rated at A4 size, its wide enough to fill in a full stack of notes, thin text books and even some stationary.- They fit neatly in backpacks as well.Cons:- Some small permanent crease-lines will appear if you pack in too much.Value:- This price for 12 folders, you have nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, I only received four colours - green, blue, white and red. I did not receive any yellow or purple folders as advertised on the image which is a shame. But other than that, the folders are of good quality and they're easy to open and close. The folders are slightly larger than A4 size which gives you some room to easily remove and place papers inside the folder. If you're looking for a more fitted style then this folder may not be suitable for your needs.

I brought these to organize my bank, car, insurance, work, etc paperwork into separate folders rather than in the one folder as I had previously. These folders are good quality so no grumbles there. They arrived in good time and were in great condition. They did loose a star simply because it would have been nice to get a bit more variety in the colors that I received. i got clear, red, blue and green, apart from that great product at a great price.

a respectable 4 stars folder due to the nice colours that they provide. The quality is also good enough so far, will update if its not a good quality. the only lost for this product is the colours, i was told that i will guarantee get 5 different colours, but I only got 4, but ok, at least i have 4..so it's still not too bad..would recommend if you want to store medium amounts of papers

These are great for the price you pay but will not hold a great deal. I’m sure they’ll last fairly well if they’re not being opened and closed regularly. They are quite flimsy but again if they are only being used to store invoices, receipts etc then I’m sure they will be fine. They arrived promptly and are at this moment being put to good use. I would recommend them, value for money

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Folders are all different colours and fit at sheets in just fine. They are quite flimsy due to the material they are built out of but that was expected. Easy to use a perminant marker on to mark which folder is which. There's also a button on each one when you close it. Just what I needed and expected when ordering these.

I've had similar in the past and I like the different colours as it is easy to find documents you have filed in them if you assign a particular type of subject to each colour. Pretty sturdy but would probably be better to store if there was a flap with two studs instead of a point and one stud as they tend to catch on what you are sliding it between.

I was worried that these would not be much good given the price - but they are great. Thinner than the 'Polyfile' equivalent, but they do the job just as well. Colours are good and as they are available on Prime, next day delivery at a really affordable price means I have now ordered three sets of these - and my whole family are using them.

These A4 folders are in an attractive range of colours and seem to be robustly made. They fasten with a popper and there is a little pocket on the front where you can put in a cardboard label (not supplied). I think for the money these are really good value. I specifically wanted A4 rather than the slightly larger standard foolscap size.

There was a lot of debate about the mix of colours. I wasn't bothered how many colours, so I wasn't disappointed that there was not a rainbow selection. However, it is not fair to those who think they are getting lots of choice, hence I have marked down the item to 4 stars. Is this a matter for Trading Standards - "not as advertised"?
