I've now used this cover for two weeks on holiday on the back of a campervan with no problems. It's made of strong material and doesn't leak, and it did rain a lot in Wales. One odd feature is that the opening of the compartment for the signal plate is uppermost, probably to stop the plate falling out. However, the compartment does collect water. I was lucky in that there were parts of my bike carrier where I could hook the elastic bungee to secure the cover. I wasn't able to stretch the bungee enough to hook it to itself - possibly because of the size of the bikes. Overall, very pleased

This covers our two large electric bikes with ease and is secured by a long bungy around the lower edge.An excellent product !!!!!
