Brilliant piece of kit, a bit tired of putting a wolly hat under my open air cycle helmet which was freezing in winter and also let in rain as well. This boy is great, head is dry and warm in really cold conditions i put a piece of tissue down the front two air holes to stop the cold air coming in as well.The finish is top class a real high gloss shine with a very hard coating which seems to resist most things that it hits or scuffs.Had mine months and not a mark on it. Dont be put off by the snow board design its for bikes as well and most people say they think it looks great.I am nearly 60 and enjoy the different design from the "normal ''

The helmet itself is very nice, comfortable, and fits well, but mine showed up with horrible looking, bright yellow straps! The picture shows black straps on a black helmet! *UPDATE* After contacting Amazon customer service I chose not to return the helmet with the yellow straps because I'm in Afghanistan and don't want to deal with the hassle and time it would take. Amazon customer service was kind enough to refunded me 30% of the original helmet cost and waive the shipping charges for the new one I ordered. I'm positive they would have exchanged the helmet free of charge had I chosen to return the first one. I can only hope the new one shows up with black straps.

Helmet arrived early from Amazon in OEM packaging. This is a really cool looking helmet with better than average rear head protection. I plan to use this for trail riding. The flat finish looks like it is prone to scuffing, so those who are concerned about the scratches should go for the gloss finish colors. Interior padding is substantial compared to typical bicycle helmets with foam and slings, also a good thing. Only issue so far is that this adds heat inside, so it can get a little warm over longer rides. Sizing also runs slightly small, so a larger size might resolve the heat issue.Overall, very happy with this helmet!

I can't describe how pleased I am with this helmet thank you. I've found it very difficult my entire life to find a helmet that is true to my head size (very small) so I read reviews here and ordered the small one, when I opened it I was shocked as my initial thought was, that's too small!!!! Never have I ever thought this when it comes to head gear! But actually it fits so very well, which in turn will give me better protection thank you very much! It's a brilliant quality helmet, get yourself one.

I went with an XL (I tried a L in a store). The XL has bicycle style hard foam where the medium has all compressive foam. I found the fit to be a little off on the XL and really wish it had the padding of the L or at least some extra foam to custom fit it. I use it for street and trail BMX. I didn't find it as comfortable or as light as my road and mountain bike helmets, but that wasn't what I had intended it for so I am pleased.

Bought for my 8 year old, as he has outgrown his old one. This fit well (I measured his head with a tape measure), looks tough and well made (much better than the weird styrofoam ones covered with vacuplastic) and the strap is really adjustable and made of a silky material with good-quality clamps. For the price you can't go wrong. We got black but it also comes in colors, which for some reason are a bit more expensive.

I wanted a bike helmet and love the look of urban helmets, yet so many look like they're made just for kids or skateboarders (I'm neither). This one was perfect. It's comfortable, high quality, and looks nice. Sizing is accurate, although a smidgeon on the small side. As for wearing, even with fewer vents, I never feel like my head gets hot riding, even with the matte charcoal color. Get this, you won't be disappointed.

This helmet is honestly the best on the market in terms of design and safety. Visually, the matte color is absolutely beautiful and is very tough against scratches. The helmet also seems to fit any head that it comes across. As well, it provides great safety across the board and cover all parts of the head. The material feels very sturdy and absorbent at the same time. Would highly recommend.

I bought this after deciding to start riding my bike to and from work everyday, and I'm pleased with it. It is pretty comfortable, doesn't look completely stupid, and protects me (as insurance policy, anyway) on my daily bicycle commute. Here's hoping I never really need to use, but I'll keep wearing it just in case. I recommend it to anyone who wants protection without ugly decals/graphics.

My wife had been nagging me to wear a helmet when riding my bicycle for sometime, but I did not like the gaudy helmets available in local stores. This one suits me perfectly, it is well made, smart, discreet, and very comfortable to wear. Now my wife & I are happy, and of course she was right (as she always is!) to insist I wear a helmet when using my bike.

My son received this helmet for his 8th birthday and he REALLY really liked it a lot. He thought the Spitfire image was very cool and liked the ability to add the additional stickers to the helmet (that were included). Appears to be very durable and perfect for going to the skatepark to ride his scooter. Overall, we are very pleased with it!

We bought a Medium size helmet for our 12 year old, who has just started out doing scary stunts on his bmx. He is happy to wear it as it looks cool.We are very pleased with the design, snug fit and protection. Great value for money too.The only thing I would have liked was some extra padding to use inside helmet once it gets a bit worn.

Outer shield is made of plastic but it is sturdy enough for biking. Styrofoam inside is closed holding the outer shell. When I wear it, it feels quite comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that the shape better fits Caucasian not so good for Asian guy like me. The reason is that the side Axis is shorter than front-back Axis.

Helmet arrived today in great order and fits really well. Glad I read a few reviews first as they do seem to fit small ie I usually take a large but needed an extra large. The shipping was great with very little time to wait despite me being in Australia. Great work all around very impressed thank you !!

Love the Helmet! It's fits my big head. XXLI have a hard time finding head gear that fits.This is the second helmet that I bought online the first was XL "another brand" and it wasn't even close.So if you have to adjust your ball caps out to the last holes to fit, this one is for you.
