This water bottle is perfect, literally! Food grade stainless steel, so no chemicals and no taste. Wide-mouth cap so that it is easy to clean, including in the dishwasher, and a second smaller cap for easy drinking. It has a loop to attach it to a pack with a carabiner. Perfect for kids because they are easily able to open the drinking spout. So far the paint withstands dishwashing (though I guess dishwashing is probably not recommend, but who cares I have other things to do than wash water bottles). Awesome product! Why doesn't any other water bottle manufacturer get this? Congrats Primus!

The water bottle is well thought out. At the loop you can hold them and carry them. The mouth opening is practical and optimally large, if you want to drink something quickly. The 1L bottle is optimally sized and when you have cleaned it, twice with hot water, the bottle is odorless and tasteless. It is only a pity that the white PRIMUS print goes after the first use (without a dishwasher, only the thumbs up). This does not look nice. Therefore only 4 stars. Otherwise, the bottle would have earned 5 stars.

I have used this great stainless steel bottle. It weighs almost the same as a 1 Lt bottle of the other known brand. The double cover allows you to quickly raise water from the streams, while the small cover allows you to drink the water during the march. The only problem is that the content cannot be observed and if the water is cloudy easily. Otherwise it is very good product.

Purchased from Amazon Warehouse and received a random lid that wasn’t made for the TrailBottle. Now I have to search for the correct lid or one that will work. Primus always makes great products, not their fault.Update: The Klean Kanteen Wide Loop Cap works great as a replacement lid.

Compared to the plastic of the same system, it is made of aluminum so it feels a little heavy, but it keeps the cold for some time, so it was very good to moisturize the throat when hydrating in the summer. Even if you drop it by mistake, it will not be damaged like plastic.

Excellent product, double lid that helps lift water from streams quickly. The small attached lid allows sipping without any problem. It is light, only slightly heavier than 1lt plastic bottles
