this is a really great meal set you can use it for two people if you buy another primus spork if you use as a 2 person meal set then it is lightweight.As a one person meal set it is a bit heavey but you get a grater, strainer and cutter as well as the three spice container, and oil/or washing up liquid .So it is better than the light my fire meal set as it is very usefull set of items
