The Gravity has a more diffused flame and is probably better for "cooking" and simmering.I love the wide base, and the fact that the fuel isn't under the burner leaving me to balance a pot of food on an unstable stove.I used the primus gravity for the first time hiking into lakes at 800m. The `stove worked great with great stability, ease of lighting with piezo and quickness to boil. Highly recommend this stove.

Simply brilliant, large gas burner head that heats everything up properly and can make a single brew faster than I can roll a ciggy...
