I’ve alway been a big fan of magneziun ampoules, Not the pills... I’ve took the mg before training and it really work, I feel more energetic and it gives me the boost I need to have a good training. I would definitely recommend, its good price for what you get. 20 ampoules of mg for this price I think is more than good!

Delivery exceptionalThere is so much out there that it is sometimes difficult to know what is best.However, I expect to re-order when I use my first order - it's amazing!

Liquid magnesium is an excellent product for problems of contractures, certainly it does not work miracles, but it is a good help, thanks to Bikester
