Tastes sweet, more like a candy bar (which it kind of is - first ingredients are glucose syrup and white chocolate). Can't imagine it would be any good to a serious athlete. I was only looking for an alternative to your average white chocolate, to satisfy sweet cravings. This fits the bill.
