I personally bought this product as I was having difficulty charging both of my PS4 controllers as they were not responding to plugging a cable into the micro-USB port just below the light bar. After striking off all kind of troubleshooting solutions such as resetting the controllers and switching cables, power sources and accessories; I Concluding that the 3-4 years of continued use of the micro-USB ports has caused internal damage. Discovering that these could also be charged via a port on the bottom of the controller (next to the microphone jack), I took my chances and ordered this charging station.I can say that I am over the moon with my purchase. I bought this dock along with a second DualShock 4 controller so that I wouldn't have to charge my controller(s) during gameplay. The dock is powered by an AC adapter (included) and plugs into the underside of the base. The cable was long enough to reach from the mains supply on the left of my TV whilst this dock sits on the right of my TV.The dock itself holds two DualShock 4 controllers and charges the controllers from the port next to the microphone, in between the two analogue sticks. You place a controller on the dock and firmly push down on the fixture which slots the plug into the controller followed by an audible click. The LED on the controller will glow orange which indicates that it is charging.

One of the best charging docks I've tried so far because of its price as well as how easy it is to use and carry around. The design also makes it a slick-looking, convenient product. I like how there's no more hassle with having to get the controllers attached to the charging port because the charging dock has levers on each side that you push down on them to attach the controllers properly to the ports and to essentially initialise the charging (yellow) state of the controllers from the light bar. And when you want to take the controllers out of the dock, you just push on them from the top and it just clicks out of place just like that, simple and easy. To get it on,

My DS4 gamepad has always had problems with charging via the micro usb in the back of the controller. Eventually it became so bad, I simply couldn't handle it anymore. A friend of mine reccomended I buy this, and lord I am happy I did. It uses a different charging mechanism from the micro usb, instead going in via the port near where the headphone jack is- and get this, it works like a dream. It charges fast, waay faster than my micro usb did in its prime. It also stays nice and secure while charging, so you can leave it be while you do other things. The only downside I can possibly think of is that you can't realistically use a controller while it is charging using this device,

Excellent. Charges both controllers as it says in the description. It even powers down on one side if that controller is fully charged which is a great touch. This is also a really good stand for the controllers. The controllers fit in nicely into the dock. However, they can easily be removed with little force and this isn't a negative - I'd hate to put a lot of force to remove them.It's really simple to use. You just push the controller down and you hear a click as the plate covering the charger port goes down. If you have a Nintendo Switch then it's very similar to how the dock works. I'd recommend holding the controller with your thumb/index finger on the touch pad and then the other finger of those two just behind where the regular charging port is on the top.

Tried 2 cheaper chargers for the move controllers and both were fiddly to get in place and would charge when they felt like it..... This is excellent though!It's licensed by Sony so you know its good, the move controllers don't have any mini or micro usbs to plug in or fiddle with as this uses the 2 contact points at the bottom instead of the USB port.The controllers slot in perfectly, there's a nice click when in place and they fit tightly.... Theres no possible to put them in incorrectly.Easily the best charging dock I've had for the move controllers.Just a note... I'm using the newer model V2 move controllers,

Use this to charge my Dual Shock Controllers. The best part of this product is that you don't have to push the controllers onto a USB plug for them to charge. Ive always been concerned about damaging the port when pushing onto a USB plug. This charges through the port on the underside of the controller and is much safer. I love that it has a small footprint - just larger than putting two controllers back to back so finding space is not a problem in my cluttered games shelves. Being AC powered the charge is constant and far quicker than using a Charge cable - although there is an additional USB Charge cable included as a 'Bonus'! Best Charger I have used! Highly Recommended!!

I was hoping that the adapter that was delivered with the docking station also would have worked outside of the UK. That PowerA they would have made it possible to swap the plug that goes in the wall outlet. They could also have chosen to make it possible to connect the unit to the nice 2 meter length USB cable that's included in the packed.So for now i could buy a adapter for the adapter, but are waiting for PowerA to respond to my e-mail where i'm hoping they have som accessories (Fitting Adapters) for their other customers outside of UK.Other than that i am very pleased with this product and looking forward to be using it for more than just holding the controllers :-)

This unit is the perfect charger for your Move Controllers, when the controllers are inserted into the dock and the supplied AC adapter is connected and plugged into the mains the red lights on the controllers will blink as normal and when they are fully charged the red lights will turn off. Charge time varies depending on how flat your Moves are, a full charge could take one to four hours.It's great that I no longer need the PS4 console on when I have to charge my Moves, now I can just set them in this dock for a complete charge ready for my next session and when disconnected from the mains you can store your Moves in this dock until you're ready for them again.

Great way to tidy up some of the wires required for PSVR. Seeing as you need to setup the extra box and divert the HDMI though it, then plug the headset into that as well, you probably already have enough cables to manage.This makes it easy to grab the controllers when you need them and leave them on charge inbetwee uses. No trailing USB cables and it only requires one cable to the dock to charge two controllers which tidies things even further.Does the job it’s intended to well. Has clips that lock the controllers into place and keeps them handy for when you want to dive into a VR experience.Definitely worth it if you play VR often.

First one I received was in very poor condition, with scratches all over it, and wires visible under the main part (almost looked like it had been repaired and not put back together properly? Or just the cable got caught like that when it was being assembled).Customer service was great though and got me another one asap and it's working really well. At first placing the controllers on the charge part feels a bit like you will break the controller charging port, but once you get used to putting them on and taking the off you realise it's well designed and the docking/un-docking is quite safe for the controller.

This is an excellent product, great quality and fully licensed by PlayStation so it is an official product. The stylish look of the dock is in keeping with the style of the Dual Shock 4 controllers and the PS4 itself. The controllers fit perfectly and when depressed, the charging process begins. Always best to have another controller handy so when one is charging you can use the other, the dock even comes with an additional USB Micro-B gold plated cable to connect to the PS4. Definitely recommended to PS4 gamers out there, it is essential.

Player 1, please reconnect you controller. I don't mean to make this a review about how annoying USB mini chargers are, and how they are slowly taking over my life as I have two controllers to charge, a phone, kindle, back up batter, and watch....Intstead I'd like to tell you how this product works well, cleans two cables away, lights the controller to tell you its plugged in, fits the product easily and naturally into the cradle, and doesn't look bad in your living room. Great product for a very first world problem.

I can't believe it... I bought a charger for my PS4 controllers.. and guess what..it only charges my PS4 controllers! I had to sit down in amazement for a moment but I'm glad to report that I've managed to pick myself up and get on with life like before I made this truely amazing purchase.I decided to see a specialist as I though my reaction wasn't what it should have been. I know one person who had to lay down for 7 minutes after unpacking this unbelievable product.I'm close to tears again.

This dock allows for two pads to be quickly charged via AC - much faster than using the USB out of the PS4 and keeps things tidy when they're not in use. Is ideal if you have two pads (Just make sure you have a spare wall-socket).One very minor negative: when you push a pad into the dock, the way it seats can sometimes depress the PS button which can turn the console on. Learning the angle to insert them avoids this.Overall though: very happy with this inexpensive and effective station.
