These were exactly what I was looking for! They arrived when it was raining out too! I put them right on my little girl (14months old) and she went right out and splashed around in the puddles. Worked perfectly and I think they will last. I was a bit worried they would be slippery because there's no special grip on the bottoms but she seemed fine on grass and sand and pavement. She has been walking for a while now though so not sure about very new walkers. I had them over her socks but when it gets a bit colder I will put them over her soft sole shoes. I feel that she needs more time with as much freedom as possible and rubber boots are way too inflexible.

Bought this for my 8 month old son. He adores playing outside with his big sister, but can get a bit cold and damp here in Scotland! I had him in a puddle suit but had a huge problem with him getting wet socks and was stopping him from playing outside because of it! Now he can crawl around all day long, no matter what the weather and his toes stay toasty warm. Couldn't be happier!They are quite a big fit, but I just pull them up over his (somewhat bulky) puddle suit and put them on the tightest setting. They do occasionally fall off, but as long as you keep an eye on them and pull them back up from time to time, they do the job perfectly.Would definitely recommend them to any one who wants their baby crawling outside on damp grass.

I purchased these for my 9 month old daughter as we do a lot outdoors and she is crawling and standing but not yet walking so needed something with more coverage and more secure than wellies when in mud and water. The fleece inside is lovely and soft and keeps her feet cosy warm even on chilly days. I tuck them under her rain trousers and they seem to stay on well enough but I have had to readjust a few times to make sure they didn't slide off. The waterproofing material works very well and even holds up when playing in streams. There is an elastic stretchy band with a plastic popper around the middle of the booties which I would guess is to help secure them around the ankle but I did not find added much.

I can honestly say these are amazing!! So I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered them over 6 months ago! I was looking for something to go over my sons booties while at nursery to stop them getting soaked when he crawled around outside. When I first got them I didn’t think much of them but they have worked amazingly and are still going strong! We put them over his shoes now he’s walking and haven’t punched any wellies because these work so well, if not better! Means he can still wear his supportive shoes during the early stages of walking and still have lots of fun in puddles! Just pop them in his bag so if needed I’ve got them. Thanks :)

Iv been stuck when my 16 month old grandson comes round as he loves a little run around the garden ,but it's been to damp on the grass and didn't want to ruin his shoes , we tried welly s but he does nt know how to push his foot in so we gave up . I found these by accident just googling a question does anyone know a good idea about keeping little feet dry on grass , and a few similar products popped up ,but these seemed most well made . Tried them out today took him to the park popped them over his shoes and he had a lovely run around in the fresh air and the slightly soggy grass didn't touch him. Well made fit well what a great product

These are lovely little rain footies, very warm on the inside and very waterproof outside. My little one doesn't walk yet and these have been a revelation when out and about in the buggy. Pop over a rain suit and she is snug as a bug , no need for the buggy rain cover either (under most situations).My daughter is quite skinny though and the footies elastic has to be wrapped twice around her leg. The design does incorporate two buttons which makes this possible. All in all a very satisfactory purchase. Word of advice - if they get muddy, just wipe dry; don't bother washing as the water pools inside and takes a looong time to dry.

These fleece lined bootees are great for babies that cannot walk yet. They keep my baby's feet both warm and dry when she wears them with her snowsuit which is footless. They also have a nice elasticated band that goes round the ankle which isn't too tight but means they never slip off. I read previous reviews complaining that these are useless because the child can't walk in them, this is true as they do not have soles. These little fleece lined covers are not for toddlers, but if your baby is not walking yet and you need something to cover their feet to keep them warm and dry, they are perfect.

My just turned one yr old is learning to walk but still likes to crawl when out and about and shoes come off or trip her up and generally get in her way. These are great, she can in from crawling to walking without problems and can do both easily in these. They are perfect for forest school and playgrounds, waterproof and warm and stay on and Wipe cleaner easily but can also in in the washing machine.really pleased with them they totally solve many problems. E. G. She's very long so splash suits , snow suits and waders that fit her skinny frame always end just under her knee. These Cover that.

My son is 1 (12 months). Other reviews have said too roomy, but this seems to be a good thing to me. There are elastic "straps" at the top of each boot to tighten them so they don't fall off and the roominess allows for the rapid growth these tiny bodies seem to go through every 5 mins. Perfect for popping on feet to protect from wind and rain when we are in the carrier. They haven't got reinforced soles so not suitable for walkers but if that's what you're after, you'll probably buying shoes instead. All in all, a very good buy.

Really pleased with these. My son is just walking and these are perfect for slipping over his ‘barefoot’ first shoes. Worn at the beach on wet sand and in snow today in the garden and they have kept his feet warm and dry, and he has been able to walk in them! Wellies would have been a no go as he is only just toddling and if I didn’t have these we would have had to stay inside on our first snow day together! They are also perfect for him to wear he’s in the sling and it’s cold and wet and the dog needs walking.

YES best things ever for my stupidly large baby who cannot walk to go outside in. No all-in-ones for her size have feet attached any more (as most children are walking at 12 months apparently....!) and as she crawls about, wellies don't stay on either - these are PERFECT. So toasty warm, nice dry feet after mucking about outside in. Stay on well, can't complain :) (I did initially think they were too pricey, but actually having bought them and used them, they're worth it!)

I had recently purchased a waterproof suit for my daughter as she loves being outside in all weathers, unfortunately the size she required came without attached shoes. I found these and they are brilliant as she has just started walking and they keep her feet nice and dry- I don't even put any other shoes underneath as they are nicely lined. They are big so would advise to order a size down- I did and they are still huge but will last for ages!

I am a nanny that loves taking children out to puddle jump and generally explore and my little 1yr old charge was desperate to join her older sister in doing these activities or even toddling about with me holding her in the garden. She has quite small feet so despite the fact she is now 17months and wearing hard sole shoes, I put these over them as Welles slop right off her!They're lovely and cosy and work brilliant with a puddle suit

My grandchild is in a size 5 shoe at eighteen months old. I really ought to have paid more attention to other reviews which said this,product is humongous! They are very large, on the upside there is growing space and yet some more growing space. Well made although as yet they have not been put through their paces as there is a danger of tripping over the extra length at present. Sure they will be fine to use in the buggy at this time.

Brilliant product! A bought these for my 14 months old daughter (size 4) after finding that wellies were too heavy for her. Put them on over her trainers, and she was walking normally over the wet grass and concrete. They are tough and durable and I like the fact that they are also fleece lined. Have already recommended them to some of my friends with young children. Will definitely buy these again. Excellent value for money. Thank you
