I ordered this product for my 10 year old daughter as supplement to the variety that came with the Candy Cyclone. Upon opening the product you are hit with the distinctive sweet aroma that makes you sit there for 5 mins just sniffing the pots. Once you've got the scent firmly imprinted on your brain, you have to empty the entire pot out. The Doh required a LOT of unnecessary kneading. Initially holding the whole roll in one hand and ruthlessly crushing it allowing it to squeeze out between your fingers causing sensations of huge satisfaction. A sausage of every colour is then needed in order to create the "traditional twizzle" which you will roll up in to a spiral, squish one end and call it a snake.

I bought this for my 5 year old godchild since he is a very artistic young lad, always creating paper characters or playing with clay.He loved the colours and the feel of the dough and has been mixing them up and making dinosaurs and knights and whatnot with so many details that I can surely see where he is heading career-wise.It's great that he can play with these and not worry about his 2 year old sister who is not allowed to play with other "big kid" toys of his because of her age. Watching them squish the colours with they tiny fingers is a delight and it's great to know that they are nontoxic and so safe to use. The quantities are just right, so they can share them and make new ones too.

For anyone who doesn't know what playdough is,its kind of a soft plasticine, or a soft bread doughI purchased this item for my kids aged 2 and 4.I received a blue,white,red and yellowThey are already big tubs but I bought two lots as you can never have enough playdough.We have been using them for a month now and we have had no dry playdough.To avoid dry playdough is just make sure you put on the lid properly.It's as simple as that.I'm a bit hesitant to mix the colours as don't want murky looking playdough.So as I have bought 2 packs I use the two same colours from packs.You can't go wrong with playdough it's fun.

The item arrived on time. It would have been nice to have been able to choose my own colours, as the one I hoped not to recieve, was the one I got, the very pastel colours, at the top of the picture.I have ordered the Play Doh for my grandaughter who is just starting to play with it and as my own children (now in their late 20's) had hours of fun with it, I am delighted to see that it is still around and I look forward to making lots of different things with it, as I still have a box of all the shapes and rolling pins etc!!!!!!!

I got this for my two year old and we had hours n hours of fun with it. I was surprised how she would remain busy for considerable length of time while playing with it. It doesnt dry out quickly. Reasonable price. Two of my tubs were almost same color and not four distinct ones as shown in picture.But it's play doh....after a while it does start to dry out ....I ll order new ones now as once it starts to dry, it gives away into tiny dry pieces which is a hassle to clean and potential threat for my other crawling baby.....

We get through quite a lot of play doh in our house so I buy it quite often. I've not been able to find it online at a better value than this. The only issue I'd point out is that you have no control over what colours you get - but my girls tend to love the surprise!Unlike cheaper play dohs, this stuff keeps really well so long as you put it back in the tub with its lid on it will keep going almost indefinitely. It's also a lot less sticky than other brands so the clean up job is less tedious afterwards.

My kids love modelling clay and the Play Doh really appeals to both them and me, since it is safe to play with and has fun colours which you can even combine to get new ones.The 4 tube set was great as a supply for their Play Doh paraphernalia (they have some shapes and modelling tools from a previous Play Doh purchase).The quantity is great for the 4 pounds you pay, just keep in mind to put the play doh back in the tubes after using it, or else it dries up faster and isn't as fun to use.

Great fun, i always buy this brand modeling clay, it doesnt dry out as quickly than other brands of daugh. the delivery was free and very quick, it took only 1 day to arrive. well done! some deliveries you pay for take more time to be delivered, and this one was free. great value product too. i got nice pastel colours selection, but really, all colours are nice, you cant go wrong with that.

2 1/2 year-old adores play dough and rolling, squishing and cutting it.Yes it's hard for her not to mix up the colours and it does get messy (Hoover up the 'crumbs' pronto or expect to find throughout the house) but it does keep her happily occupied for ages.Only comment would be that Amazon prices exceed what you'll find it on sale for in supermarket or even John Lewis.

Although Play Doh Classic is depicted, the description mentions "You will receive a randomly selected colour set from 4 different types."I was very happy to receive the basic Classic colours: red, yellow, blue, and white. I'll purchase again, and either another classic or one of the other sets will be welcome.Definitely recommended as a fun way to explore imagination.

Yet to find a child who doesn't love play doh.Definitely buy it with some cookie cutters, rolling pins etc as it makes it much more fun.4 good sized pots, with lids that children will find difficult to get off without help, whichIs a bonus as you know exactly when they have it out and won't walk in to find it onevery surface, or stuck in every nook or orifice.

This is a good value for money play doh.My little girl loves all of this kind of stuff, but she's 2 so don't they all.Its a simple thing that makes them happy and at this age is a definate plus as you have to keep them distracted all the time from getting bored out of there brains.Like i said, good price, fast shipping, does what it says on the tin,.Thanks

Very quick delivery. Very happy with this product, couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. My little boy loves playing with play doh and overall very happy with it. Only downside was the colours are more for girls than boys for example got 2 x pinks 1 light and 1 dark, and a purple but my son is nearly 3 and wasn't bothered by the colours at all.

This was absolutely spot on as a gift for my young niece. As it is Play Doh I knew the quality would be great, but what really appeals about this item is that it is such good value for money with a choice of colours in decent size pots. Excellent purchase if you just want top up Play Doh and not all the tools and cutters.

This item arrived by the date advised at time of order. It was well packaged in a box with another play doh item. As yet unopened so not used. My granddaughter asked for this as part of her birthday present and I'm sure she will be delighted with it. I think the item was a good price.
