This is by far the best Pippa Funnell game so far. It continues the story from the first game, with you playing as a young girl at a new riding school run by the heroin from the first game, Jade. The plot is quite simillar, but different enough to be fun and engaging, and can be quite challenging at times.Here's what it's all about: You are a girl who has remarkable abbilities at horse riding, and has been sent to a horse riding school to improve further and then become a champion. Throughout the game you play at varous different places, and compete in three different criteria - dressage, show jumping and cross country.The game has improved it's graphics emensly, and the way in which you do dressage has changed.

I must admit I did love this game. It does have good graphics which are much better than the first Pippa Funnell. I haven't had the chance to play the second as a few friends told me it wasn't that good. But I caught onto the story line and I think Pippa Funnell 3 is good to carry on from that. I like the eye and lips movements too, it makes it more realistic.And also how there are different places, and breeds for that matter. I also thing Ubisoft have done well with the whole new way of jumping and Dressage. Personally, I love the Dressage and the whole timetable layout too. And the foal, it is lovely!I hope they bring out another Pippa Funnell game. And hopefully with more hacking and simple tasks like driving the lorry to shows,

This game is really fun, although I havn't even finished the second day yet because I just bought it...Although so far I would strongly reccomend it to anyone who likes adventures, horses and just lots of challenges!The graphics really surprised me in a good way because they are really good. The people's mouths move when they speak and it looks better.On the main menu you can train just for fun but it doesn't effect anything in the game, except when you choose what clothes you wear in training those are the same clothes you have in the game.I thought dressage is really hard and I can't seem to get a higher score than 4.8, I think. But,

I got this game quite a while ago, and I had lots of trouble with it because it was very jumpy which meant that I couldn't complete any of the jumping, and that the dressage wouldn't finish, which of course meant that I couldn't continue the game! So I gave up trying to play it, until a few weeks ago I'd try again, but it was still jumpy.I read a review on hear which suggested I change the graphic quality to Low, which I did, and now it is much better, so now I have got to the second week, but then I had to stop playing the game, but now I can't load it again! I get to the timetable, and it freezes and I can't unfreeze it, every time I try to play a game I've already started playing it does this.

To get Starforce working on Vista (for Pippa Funnell 2), you have to download an updated version from their website. Install it and it will ask you to put Andrea Lederman disk 1 into the drive, but it really means Pippa Funnell, so do that and it should work (I guess Andrea Ledermann is from a German version?). It will sometimes fail, but reboot and you should be ok. I managed to get it working for my daughter this way. For PF3, as someone says in another review, Insert Disk 3 (instead of Disk 1) and start the game from the desktop shortcut. Copy protection like this really annoys me as it only inconveniences genuine purchasers - illegal copiers can easily get round it with a crack.

Pippa Funnell 3, the golden stirrup challenge, i think could be better.I have not finished playing it yet, but i dont like the new dressage set up at all.... before it felt as if you were doing something and you were causeing the horse to get everything right. In this one, it is boring and quite confusing at first. The graphics are much better though. and i love the way that the lips and eyes move, it makes it seem more realistic. Don't get me wrong, i am enjoying this game, just aspects of it could do with improoving.. I would reccommend buying off amazon aswell lol.... it came the next day with first class delivery and it is alot cheaper here that in the shops.

Being 15 and horse mad i really could not wait to get my hands on this. I had no problems at all installing, like the pippa funnell 2, and the best bit was the game never crashed once unlike the number 2. The graphics again have got alot better and the horse moves just like a real horse.Im glad the characters lips moves when they talk and they show different expresions unlike the other 2 games. I loved the all the tasks, and im glad that some were quite hard as it made the gam last longer. for some reason all the pippa funnell games have a love story, maybe something different next time? overall i loved this game its perfect for any horse lover if u ride or not.

I have just played the game from start to finish and the game ran smoothly right through, no bugs in this one! if you played take the reins you will know what i mean. I did have some freeze probs at the beginning with the game but when i changed the graphics to low in the options menu that corrected it. On to the game....I reckon this game is by far the best one in the pippa funnell collection...the challanges are more fun and the fact that the characters mouths move when they talk makes the game more realistic. However putting the age to 3 plus is stretching it, i reckon anyone 10 and over would benefit more from this game.

I've heard nothing but good things about this game and I'd like to purchase it for my daughter's birthday. But here's the problem. We've just upgraded to Windows Vista, and when she was reinstalling her games Pippa Funnel 2 or Champion Dreams didn't work. Other games that said they weren't compatible for vista, however ,did. Can anyone tell me if they've played this game succesfully on Vista?

I bought this game and it was Quite cheap. I had fun and the Graphics are good. The only thing i hated about this game is that If you don't get a good enough Score on your Training- 3 times, You have to start all over agian. It happened to me twice and now- I just have topped playing because i hate having to go through the same thing again.

My daughter loves this game and has just started it. But she is stuck at the part where you have to get the book from the chapel for the old man to get the playing cards. She's found the actual chapel but there is no bridge or easy way to get in. She really is stuck can anyone help her?

Pippa Funnell - the golden stirrup challenge seems to have ironed out all the graphics and crashing problems from the previous two games. As before the gameplay is good, but I did need a bit of help solving the adventure problems and I manage to finish the game completely.

All the Pippa Funnell games i have played are amazing, no bugs or dodgey screens or anythingbut they dont seem to last very long, as i can get through in a few days so good gamebut needs a bit more or make it harder ...

I enjoyed this. But it is far too difficult for a 3 year old to play. I went wrong on one bit near the end and it wouldn't let me reverse it. I had to reinstall the game and start again.

At first I could not get this game to work after installing it, but if you load the last disc and click the icon on your desktop the game will start and its better than pippa 2 have fun.
