Very good headphones. Completely cover ears and the foam is very soft, so there is no pressure to the ears at all, and as a result can be used for long period of times. Sound is clear, so if you expect them pumping bass then look for something else however if you'd like to use them to listen to audiobooks, classical music, any type of music that doesn't accent bass or drums, then you'd like them. I've had them for about 4-5 years now, the top layer started peeling off so am buying a new pair. Hope they'll never stop making them. Years ago, prior to buying these ones, there was another famous brand (sony) that was making similar headphones which were really amazing and cheap as well (I'd even use them for mastering as they were better than some very expensive mastering headphones)

I bought two of these, one for myself and one for my mother, who is somewhat deaf. She has been struggling to use her computer to talk to friends over Zoom conferencing. The volume was not good enough for her to understand clearly the conversation. These headphones have good enough volume that she can now take part in a meeting of several people, which has made her very happy.I needed a replacement for my headphones and have found these to be perfect for listening to music when not wanting to disturb others in the room.One drawback I have found is that the band across the head can press rather hard in certain positions and be uncomfortable with prolonged use.

It's a bit bulky and first I didn't use it out side but it's light and after a few hours it will sound better, I use it with my cowon iaudio mp3 player and with it's headphone Eq. setup sounds good, has a good bass and I like the way that is sound for individual instruments. I am quite happy with it and I compared it with different headphones in a shop and it sounds better than most of really much more expenssive headphones better than 50,60 70 pounds one the only ones that are really better than this was Beats and also boss.Buy it and enjoy.

Comfortable to wear and they have good sound quality. They are a bit bulky but they're really light and that doesn't bother me at all.I originally bought them to paint with a custom design, so not only have I got some custom painted headphones, but they're nice quality, too!Also- The jack on these is small enough to plug into an iPod, it fits mine and I don't think that you'd need a different sized jack for the newer models.I was lead to believe that I'd need an adapter, but that *is not* the case.

I bought this to use extensively during the day when working and when playing my Digital Piano late at night...I was surprised at how comfy they are due to them being so light - I can wear them for hours and not feel fatigue. The sit around the ear just (depending on size of ear they may touch the surround of the earlobe).In terms of sound, they are slightly on the warm side and the bass is not boomy at all which is great for the type of music that does not rely on heavy bass.

Excellent product that does just what I want, with nice comfortable over-ear audio, and a cable ... that you plug in!! Fabulous - no flaffing around with those dilly little mini in-ear plugs which become really uncomfortable after a short time, and no fiddling around trying to make Bluetooth work and a device to recognise a piece of kit! These are proper old-fashioned "cans", as loved and trusted by generations of engineers and listeners.

Very light, sometimes you can forget you even have the headphones on. They are also very sturdy, I've dropped them more times than I'd like to admit and they keep working. Sound quality is good (for the price). The only small CON is that the 'soft leather' part of the headphones start to peel off leaving the black bits, but I guess it's inevitable, I've been using them for at least a few years now.Overall: Highly Recommended!

i bought these so i can watch movies at night without having to have the volume so low that i can barely hear the film.i must say these are excellent headphones, the sound quality is great and they are nice and light. i also like the fact that the cable to the second headphone is hidden inside the headband as this means you only have the one cable coming from the left earphone.great value for the price.

I bought these headphones for use on my laptop while listening to my favourite tracks. The headphones are lightweight, very comfortable to wear (even over long periods of time) and provide a comfortable overall sound experience.The large cup size means that the headphones sit completely over your ears which is perfect for me as I dont want sore ears like the other types of headphones can cause.

I needed a pair of headphones that would completely enclose my ears and hearing aids and these do that job well. They are a little bulky, but are comfortable. My only slight issue is that the adjusting mechanism could do with being a bit tighter, the band does move easily in use, but overall happy, lead is good length, good value price and sound quality seems fine albeit to my impaired hearing.

I just bought this headphones, plugged them into my PC and enjoyed the sound! When you have them on, you feel like you're in another dimension, because no one can disturb you. The design is awesome too! The only thing that is bad,there is no volume control. I would recommend this headphones to anyone who's looking cheap, reliable headphones who create awesome sound :DCheers!

On buying this product i wasnt expecting much becuase of the low price but i was pleasently suprised to find that these heaphones where very good quality sound. Also the mirophone is of a good standard and very clear on my online chat program. Exelent product which i use on my pc every day and very comfertable great job philips will recommend to my frienrds

More than pleased with these. Very good product for the price. I can now listen without disturbing others, and put together family videos without others having to listen to the music tracks over and over. With a little bit of 'padding' where they sit on your head,they would be a 5*, but my wife can fix that for me.

Nice and light weight, fit over ears well and the sound is decent. They adjust pretty well too, I have had difficulty with crash helmets because my head size is big, these fit well. I use them for my TV at night, I sleep later than my wife, she thinks they're ace! For the price, I think a pretty good buy. Happy.

I choose these headphones because they looked liked they would give me comfort-ability whilst giving me great sound quality to boot. I have not been disappointed. I would recommend these to anyone who has issues with their hearing, as I do.
