I use a small amount of shaving gel and find that if you rinse the shaving head and then shave and part way through rinse the head again, repeating as required, you can achieve a shave that is close to that of a multi razor blade head. The turbo mode works best and the charged battery life is good. I have never liked dry shaving and therefore I only use wet. Hope this is helpful. The shaver is light and has a good grip and easily cleaned.

Great feature with a turbo speed, lightweight with many other useful features, pity the stop/start button is placed as it is I keep turning it off whilst holding/shaving

It's a great electric rotary shaver with floating heads that really do contour to your face. Really impressed, wet or dry!
