I've used these marker pens for many years. I've always found them to be one of the best marker pens out there, however, I don't see them around much now because other brands have come along with much cheaper pens which to me don't perform as good.I was happy when I found this pen on Amazon at a fantastic price. I paid £1.67 and got free shipping which is awesome and it came within a couple of days of ordering it.If you want a true marker pen that won't rub off easily or dry up fast then get this one, you won't be disappointed.

A good, solid pen that delivers a thick black line with a precise nib. Perfect for writing on plastic acrylic (personally I use it for a clapperboard) or for when you need permanent words on something like a whiteboard, or coated surface. Depending on the surface of course, it can be removed easily with nail polish remover.It's better than other permanent markers as the ink is just that bit more dense, so there is minimal 'greyness' or water-like application.

The Pentel N50 is a great permanent ink marker pen. The pen is filled with some form of wadding and the ink introduced. Great so far. How long does it last? My Pentel NLF50-A's are coming to the end of their lives after a number of years! When the ink dries out just press the end of the pen and the liquid ink flows. The N50 has no liquid ink reservoir and will not in my opinion last anywhere near as long. A good pen but give me the liquid ink pens anyday.

Having used several different black markers out there, I find that Pentel is the one I consistently go back to - for me there is no other make of black marker.It contains a good amount of ink or whatever fluid it has inside it, and gives a strong and consistent line and lasts for ages. I personally prefer a bullet shaped tip on markers than chisel - but each to their own preference.

I ordered this product because I have used these for years and found them to be very reliable and unlike a lot of so called permanent markers the writing does not come off in a freezer, unfortunately they are difficult to find in most stationery shops nowadays due to competition from less worthy markers.

Wow it arrived very soon after order placed...a good start! now I have managed to mark most of my out side items.....so nothing goes missing from my garden! The good thing this is that with the lovely UK weather....I know that they won't get washed off...A great purchase

Exactly what I wanted, could not get in my local shops, is the best permanent marker. Other makes claim to be permanent but this is the only one that is (have to mark my toiletries in the shower as I can't read them without my glasses on and this pen does not come off)

This is a marker beyond the norm. It writes well on most surfaces, even ones that are slightly damp (I date my frozen food before storage). The solvent is very strong smelling, perhaps one to smell as little as possible.

wont find better, used to use these to mark metal samples before sending through acid cleaning line, this marker was the only one which would withstand the acid and still be completely visible at the end of the process

Arrived very quickly. Does exactly what I wished it to do : writing fell-race summit times on laminated sheets in heavy rain with very little smudging. Use alcoholic hand-rub to clean the sheets for further use.

These are excellent permanent marker pens - strong dense script, and long-lasting, provided you are careful to refit the cap firmly each time after use. The solvent fumes may be objectionable to some people.

This pen write well as described on the advertisement. You can write on the cds, DVDs and on plastic bags. The one thing needs to be remember is that the surface that you intend writing must be very dry.

The only problem I have is that when marking plastic kitchen storage containers I can't erase for a re-write - not with alcohol or any other solvent.

Great thick nib, permanent ink pen. I've tried other marker pens over the years, this is the best for letting ideas flow out and onto a blank pad.

Like a pack of ibuprofen, I always have one of these in the house. It's simply the perfect marker for writing a solid black longlasting message.
