This is probably the best coffee for everyday use combining flavour that is not bitter and strength that is suitable for milk drinks and pure espresso. We've tried all sorts of coffees over five years of using whole beans to make coffee at our house. Small roasters, artisan, big brands, supermarkets. Most of it on value side, so prices under £20/KG and few extra priced blends just for experience. Probably more than 30-40 blends from different sellers. But only when we visited North Italy some time ago, this brand was discovered. By far the best blend for espresso/daily drinking if you look for bold, intense taste without robusta overwhelming bitterness, especially for this price. I have to say Cafe Mauro,

i read about this coffee after a reccomendation from another Italian coffee lover, never heard of them before, but if you want the perfect full creamy espresso then you have to avoid supermarket junk....this coffee beans together with the kimbo have given amazing results, i use a delonghi magnifica s plus and i get one great espresso just like the one you get in Italy (yes, not us or uk, no starbucks or costa junk here).....if you love espresso then you deserve the best...please ignore those negative reviews, they are fake, people are welcome to contact me...

These beans are really good in a cappuccino, the flavour is extremely pleasant and lacks any harshness or bitterness whatsoever. They don’t have much of a smell when you first open the bag, but it develops a short time later and anyway, it is the taste that matters and that is there from the first cup.I have purchased the beans several times now and will continue to do so. They make a good cup of coffee.

During lockdown, drinking more coffee at home. These beans are great value for money. I grind to a Turkish like fine grind and use my Kitchen Aid coffee machine. Taste is smooth with cocoa notes and a rich crema. My typical consumption is Illy or a monsoon malabar production. The pellini caffe beans are great value and punch above their weight on taste!

This is full of delicious strong espresso’ey flavour - without being harsh or bitter. Will keep buying this beauty!They served it in a restaurant we went to in Croatia recently - it is as delicious through pro kit as it is in our aero press or stove top.

I have been introduced to this one by my Italian friend and I have to say it makes outstanding espresso.And that's me telling who doesn't drink coffee.

I brought this coffee for my bean to cup machinestrong smooth coffee with a mix of 90% Arabicaand 10% Robusta coffee beans for that perfectcrema .

We have tried various brands of coffee beans, hausbrandt, illy, pellini, lavazza etc. These are by far the best, with a lovely cream on top!

Really nice flavour thst is rich, well rounded, deep but not bitter. Vastly superior to most roasted coffee beans from supermarkets

Great tasting coffee.I mix the venison and Vivace 50/50 which gives me a great aroma and strength!
