After discovering that 'drop forged chrome vandium' = soft as cheese, I bought this proper bit of kit. Simply put, this tool can be fitted to a pedal and stood on. The real secret is to increase the length by adding a seatpost (or length of 'pipe' - if you live in the cluedo house!) to the tubular handle. I had a pair of long service pedals (24,000miles on 'em) and they wouldn't budge from their aluminum cranks arms, until the PW-3 arrived. Voila, fully usable pedals and cranks and another great Park tool for my collection.

What can I say? I needed to swap pedals on two bikes, and they wouldn't shift with Allen keys and a small pedal spanner, even with repeated WD40 applications.On went the park tool, and with a couple of thwacks of a hammer, the pedals were off. Less time to order this and then remove two sets of pedals, than I'd already spent trying to get the pedals off with lesser tools.

This is a good solid tool, and the extra leverage and narrow head makes the task of changing a pedal a lot easier. I probably don't need both sizes on this wrench and will probably give the 15mm side some paint to make it easier to find first time.Cheaper tools are available, but they won't make you feel as good :-)

This product works! Believe me I tried cheaper tools that said they work...they don't. This got my pedals off in seconds and although it seems like a lot of money, you certainly get what you pay for. I'm so happy I managed to finally get my pedals off my bike with this fantastic product.

Agree with the review that you keep using the wrong bit, but it's good quality, solid and really works nicely. I bought the two bits for the flexibility, so I shouldn't complain and just mark it with something sticky.

I needed a good 15" spanner/Wrench to replace my pedals on my bicycle and this tool came highly recommended. The leverage is excellent so the wrench does the hard work not you!Brilliant piece of kit.Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic product, my pedals would not shift with standard spanner and after reading reviews I decided to give this wrench a go. Pedals were off in no time, really comfortable handle with great leverage.

I bought one of the Icetool wrenches that Evans sell, but the jaws opened and started to round the flats. And before you ask, no I wasn't turning it the wrong way! This tool is very well made/strong.

This is the business if you need to shift that stubborn pedal. Mine was stuck fast no amount of swearing would shift it. Its well made (its a Park tool!)& did the job. What more can you ask.
