This magnetic bowl works perfectly to keep all those small nuts, bolts and washers from rolling off while you are working on your bike. Just remember though if its not metal it won't engage the magnet...learned this the hard way when a piece I thought was metal was not and I accidentily dumped the bowl...all the metal parts stayed in place but the others went everywhere. My fault not the bowls. I keep it right on top of my workbench and eaisly drop pieces in it as I work.

I have two different bike repair stands and even though there is a magnet area on both, I thought I would try one. It works much better than the stand magnet and I plan on buying another for my other stand as well as my metal workshop table since so many small metal parts roll off. Yes, I could have made one, but it is a lot easier to order one and when you add my time and cost of the components, it is also probably cheaper to order it.

If you are a weekend warrior and do small projects at home this is the product for you. I had to change a socket in a ceiling fan which had small screws. And you know what happens to small screws. They get lost. I placed them on this bowl and ping! They stayed put and didn't move. Along with the metal cap from the wiring section of fan. Made things much easier and I didn't lose anything. Would work well if working on your bike also.

I was using an empty grease tub I cleaned to hold the small parts for the bike I was working on. I saw this bowl and thought that it would probably help even more since it is magnetic. It fits perfectly on the flat anvil part of my vise, and it doesn't move from there because it's magnetic! It's nice and out of the way, and the small parts don't get knock around or lost because of it. :)

Often the best ideas are so simple you wonder why you haven't seen them before - I had not, but I am sure this has been around. This little bowl has a powerful magnet and anything metal you put into it - screws, nuts, washers, cotter pins, small hand tools - will stay right where you put it. My uses for it are not limited to work on my recumbent bicycle. Worth triple what it costs.

The Park Tool MB-1 appears to be painted with more care than some of the other park tools I own. The finish on it is great and it is magnetic. This is a handy addition to any cyclist toolkit. This also was rather weighted which is a plus. The weight means this can take a bump or nudge without flipping upside down and spilling all its contents.Pretty handy, well made product.

As the clumsiest person on earth I find this little tray invaluable when I am doing any bike maintenance. I have spent many a 'happy' hour on my knees in the garage looking for some tiny little part, so to be able to put all those little clips and screws into the tray, and know that even if I do manage to kick it over they will still be in it is worth every penny.

Love my Park Tool merchandise, not had anything badly made & always does exactly what it says on the tin.Really strong magnet so can be stuck to your steel toolbox, no raking around to find it.I had it stood on the bench with 22 3mm ball bearings in it, when I knocked it off the bench onto the floor, not one bearing was lost! It's a must have in my workshop!

I wish I'd discovered this years ago. It's such a simple idea. You'll never lose nuts, bolts, screws, etc. ever again. It would be even more useful if it had divided sections so that you could keep groups of nuts and bolts together... but the magnet is quite strong so it holds them where you put them anyway. It's so useful I'll probably order another.

This bowl is small, but just right for tiny bike parts or if you are one to disassemble electronic cases or cabinets you will appreciate knowing every small item will hold fast to this very strong magnet. Blue color helps to identifiy small parts easier too over the chrome or stainless steel magnetic bowls. Bottom magnet is very powerful.

This is a great little tool to keep small metal screws, washers, tools, etc. from spreading all over and winding up on the floor. If you have an engineer, or a bicycle or car mechanic around the house this little bowl will make your life easier. I love the "no tip over" base. I bought this for my son the bike mechanic, and he loves it.

One of the most useful things I’ve ever bought. Great for keeping screws and other metal bits safe while working on bikes, but also when doing DIY. I’ve started keeping drill bits on it fanned around in size order. May order another one to fix to tool peg board wall to keep drills and driver bits easily accessible. Powerful magnet.

These make cute gifts for the 'handy woman' or man (and for anyone who has misplaced that critical screw when taking apart your bike's bottom bracket). When not being used for that home/bike repair project, I use this pretty, shallow, lightweight, blue bowl on my end table to hold my jewelry. Park (great brand) makes bike tools.

I bought it with the intention of holding parts while working on my bike. But it looks so nice that it seems a shame to dirty it with greasy parts. The magnet is strong.I keep it in the living room filled with paper clips and turn it upside down above visitors' heads. So I will probably order another one for bicycle parts.

I always loose screws, so I really needed this thing. I am happy with it. The magnet is so strong, that when you drop a screw in it from some hight, it immediately stays stuck so it stays in the bowl.Just dont'leave it laying around your screwdrivers etc, because it will get all your tools magnetic.
