With the rise of identity theft on the increase and with the number of airports that we would be traveling through on our summer holiday to India, I thought I would invest in these Pacsafe RFID Sleeve 50 Blocking Passport Protector. I would place our family passports in these thin paper pouches throughout our whole journey. Each pouch can hold upto two passports. Every time I walked through the security scanners in the airports our passports were always in the pouches. The only time our passports left the pouches, was when we had to use them at the airports to check in. They were a peace of mind and the last thing you needed to worry about when on holiday.

Who'd a thunk it?! It's only paper but boy, does it do the job! With passport and ID inside, it went through THREE scanners with nary a beep. I'm flabbergasted and tickled to death.The handy trick here is to carry your credit cards next to your body, *behind* your passport in the sleeve. Then you're completely protected from the thieving scanners out there.Of course it'll eventually wear out...it's only paper, after all. And I'll just buy another one.I am absolutely sold on this sleeve.Wonderful product!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very durable appearing, but I won't know how long it lasts til I start traveling with my passport. So far, I've gotten excellent usage from every single Pacsafe product I've used, from camera case and strap to purses, so I expect the same from my passport sleeve.

i put my credit cards in one and my ATM/Debit cards in another. I have no way to verify this works. But it gives me a sense of security. These are marketed as meeting government standards.

PacSafe has a great line of products this is one of them.This is something every one with a passport , IDs ,Cell phone , Credit Cards,should have , because of the World we are living in.

I don't think I needed to spend the money on this but I did. I felt my passport was protected, but when I saw other Americans with the same thing I realized I was in that paranoid group.

Jan.2014, just traveled, overseas with the passport safely tucked n it's new sleeve. Added sense of security while using it. Gave 2 others as gifts to my traveling companions.Ethelyn

Product is light and paper like so will have to replace likely after year of use depending how rough you are with product ... but does the job and doesn't take up a lot of room.

We live in a time where people can actually steal your credit card # from you as you pass by a scanner. The car blocks it (hopefully since I have no way to test this).

The sleeve is made of a Tyvek-like material (think waterproof envelopes). I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I guess I though the sleeve would be more substantial.

Perfect! Felt very secure with my passport inside. It holds an Irish Passport which is larger in size than an American one which is useful to know.

Blocks RFID. Tested it with different cards at different places. Would recommend this brand. May need to be replaced in 6 months if used heavily.

Shipped quickly. Pretty much as expected. My passport fit easily but snuggly so inserting and carrying the passport is simple.

I haven't had a chance to use the Passport Sleeve as of yet. I brought it for future use. They seem like a good investment.

Very thin and light and easy to use. Definitely worth the money and great value if it protects your identity.
