I read up on a few reviews before purchase and thought I would purchase one for my campervan. One arrived I quickly set about putting it on, which was very easy indeed. Once on it was very tight in place with myself putting it to the test and allowed it to take my full weight whilst I carried out a series of exercise tricep dips (13 stone). Did it move? Absolutely not.... quite impressed. I purchased the 3 bike variant although I would only mount 2, to which 3 adult bikes would be a squeeze to fit. If you purchase one I would suggest that you go and slightly tighten up all nuts and bolts on the bike rack, as I found them to be slightly loose. It takes less than a minute to fit and less time to remove,

So after reading all the reviews on this product and seeing how good the price was, it was a no brainer to go for it! However, make sure you buy straps or ratchets! I managed to fit 2 large mountain bikes and a child’s bike onto the frame without a problem. The only downside was the fixings! They are far too flimsy and because they have small screws to tighten them, they don’t tighten enough to stop slippage! We drove to a Halfords to buy a bike helmet for my son which was about a 20 min journey, by the time we got there, all the bikes had shifted to the rear of the rack and the child’s bike was hanging on for dear life!!! As well as buying a new helmet I also purchased some bike straps which I attached around the bikes and onto the A frame on the bike rack,

I used the bike rack for the first time and I must say I was really pleased.I was eyeing up a tow bar bike rack from halfords but it was £175 I couldn’t justify spending that amount for a few bikes rides. So I got this one, the reviews were mixed but for the price it worth a try.It fits really tightly to the tow bar, no movement at all. But the straps are useless, I will be buying others to replace them. I had a ladies bike and a child’s bike, but i think you would struggle getting 3 adult bikes on.

Used a few times mounts to a normal tow bar and is pritty solid. Fitted to the car in under 5mins and doesn't budge, happily holds 2 full size adult bikes with room for a 3rd. Clamps don't always allow for mounting to all bikes in the same way, I turned one sideways and mounted to the saddle stem. Just strap the bikes on to make sure they're not going to bounce off and a light board to be legal.

This is an excellent product and great value for money. super easy to fit but make sure to set your expectations, it will not fit 3 adult bikes, I squeezed 2 mountain bikes on and the weight did bend the brakets. Also the red holders are not long enough to attache to the bikes so lots of bungee cords were also required to secure the bikes. But for the price you pay, it's still really good value.

Its really quick and easy to install. the only down side is that when its on, the boot lid will just slightly catch it when you try and open the boot. (I have 61 reg Focus). But otherwise, its all good. it holds the bike securely and the rack doesn't move/wobble when driving. Also, as its doesn't touch any of the car body, there's no risk of scratches or scuffs on the paint work!

Cycle carrier does work well. But would benefit from some bungie cords to tie bikes to frame..the reason have not given 5 stars is the delivery was terrible the box was ripped and open at both ends ..was delivered by a numpty who just put behind bin and did not attempt to ring bell as we're in all day ... surely a bit of tape on box is not too much to ask

Super easy to install, solid when it’s fitted, was hesitant to push down to secure onto the tow bar but once it’s on I’d put a couple bolts on if you plan to keep in on the car to prevent any thief’s.Definetly does the job and for the price this is easily the Best Buy ever.Solid and I feel plenty safe in the knowledge my bike is secure.

This cycle rack is brilliant it far exceeded my expectations it was simple to use sturdy and well engineered. I personally wouldn't use it for more than two adult bikes and maybe a child's. This is real value for money and as someone who doesn't often bother with writing reviews you can gather that I am pleased.

Bought this rack for occasional use. Used a couple of times so far with only one adult road bike which fits well and was quite sturdy on the rack.The rack itself is easy to fit and allows clearance between the bike and my Volvo XC90. For the money you can't go wrong. Was delivered very quickly.

It is not bad for the price. I did use a separate strap that I put under my boot and tie too the carrier. It is hard to get the fitting on the tow ball really tight so having this strap give it some extra security and gives me piece of mind. But for 21 pounds you can't complain too much!

Good price, it's not the greatest of quality, a bolt broke after first use, but easy to replace, quite fiddly to get bikes over the red clips. Did feel a little unsteady to start with, however just needed to put a little trust in to it.Arrived next day.

Ordered this to go with my new detachable tow bar.This fits the tow ball perfectly and doesn't move whilst the car is in motion.Only gripe is that the supplied items to hold the bikes to the carrier isn't the best and didn't fit my mtb.

Very good rack, we had 2 bikes on it for 100 miles and it did the job fine, only issue I found was the actual clamp around my tow bar ball wasn't quite locked solid ,but with a couple of small ratchet straps around the frame it was fine

the metal part if extremely good but the plastic clamps to hold the cross bars are too hard and not adaptable. Also there is no way of removing some if you don't want to carry 3 bikes. They would be better with nylon straps.
