My wife and I bought this product a few months after our first child was born. We both enjoy walking in the countryside and running and wanted to maintain this activity as much as possible. We thought that a good activity buggy would enable this.We bought this buggy as it seemed reasonably priced in the market, with some competitors costing a huge amount more. It also seemed as fit for purpose (ie running and walking on rough terrain) as any available. The fitness for purpose (this thing goes places you wouldn't have thought a pushchair could ever go) comes from the huge wheels, tricycle wheel arrangement, fixed front wheel and large ground clearance. These combine to smooth out humps and bumps on all kinds of surfaces. As you'd expect, there is still a need to take it easy when travelling on really rough surfaces but that should be expected. The fixed front wheel of the Nipper Sport marks it out vs the Nipper 360. For us, the Nipper Sport is our second pushchair (we have a standard travel system as well). If you are looking for a buggy to work in both town and country, then look more closely at the 360. But if you want a buggy just for activity, then the Sport is the one to pick. If you're on holiday and only have the Sport buggy, it is possible to wheel it around supermarkets etc, but you just need to be careful. As for the ease of using the fixed front wheel when out walking, it's really very natural after very little time (and actually much easier to get up and down kerbs than buggys with spinning front castors).A bonus is the rain cover. This came included with our purchase of the buggy, unlike many competitors where a rain cover must be bought separately. The rain cover completely covers the seat, comprehensively protecting your little one from the wind and rain.As for the practicalities, some reviews online say that this buggy doesn't have loads of storage space. That's true, it doesn't, but it has it in the right places. Also, if there was lots of storage under the seat, it would reduce the ground clearance, which is exactly why this buggy is so good in the first place.Negatives are few:1. The zips for the pockets on the sun shade are a bit flimsy and cheap.2. The sun shade makes a loud ratcheting noise when folded in our out - could disturb a sleeping child.3. Transporting around in the car, the wheels are just loose in the boot, since you need to remove them to fold the frame compactly. However this situation can be improved by keeping them all in one of those large blue bags from a famous Swedish furniture store. We got this tip from an online video review and they're perfect for storing the wheels, thus keeping your boot clean.Overall, this buggy is highly recommended, and enables some of the types of outdoor activity that were easier before children. For that reason it is highly recommended - one of our top 5 purchases of baby products!

Absolutely LOVE this pram!! We originally had a Cosatto Giggle (which is really just a city pram!) but when I moved north, needed something that I could use over the fells on the dog walks.... this pram is AMAZING!! Cannot fault it really....I’ve pushed this up steep uneven fields, over foot deep heather and through water no problem. We went for the sport, with the fixed front wheel, because we already had a city pram... BUT if I was starting over again, and hadn’t purchased the Cosatto travel system, I might consider the Nipper single with the lockable front wheel and have bought the carry cot and maxi cosi car seat adapters to make it all all round, all terrain travel system....(Wouldn’t use the sport in town as you have to lift front wheel to turn).Theres only a few niggles I have with it:1) The plastic protective packaging that covers the handlebar on delivery is screwed to the handlebar making it very difficult to remove (we still have remnants of the packaging on the handle!)2) It doesn’t fold down as well with the footmuff insitu... but does still fit in my car (Mitsubishi ASX).... it really does fill my boot tho so probably not ideal for tiny cars (unless you have a roof box!!)3) you do have to fold it down with it stood up on its wheels because the hood would get dirty if you lay it down4) the uv cover that you can buy for it isn’t massively effective... my son still turns his head and burst it in his hood or the pram to avoid the sunlight. This being said, I wouldn’t change it for any other pram that I’ve seen to date.... if you’re looking for somethingthat is seriously capable of off-roading, this is the pram you need!I would definitely consider the double if I had another baby.

Couldn't have asked for better! It was easy to put together and is so light to push when running. The baby loves it and it has become our pushchair of choice when we know we need to get the baby to sleep. Only criticism is that it doesn't align completely straight (which may be my fault for not putting the front wheel in perfectly straight) so you need to keep an eye on the direction the stroller is going in - but the stroller is light and quite easy to move around. I jog three times a week usually on tarmac / pavement. At first I thought I would just use it for my 5km jogs, but I now take it out for the longer ones to (up to 21km) as it is good sleeping time for the baby. It has also hardly slowed my pace down,so I don't feel like my running experience is suffering. It has given me so much more freedom to jog whenever I want to, rather than having to find a baby-sitter. I waited until the baby was 6 months old before taking him out with me.In summary - it is light to push, which is what the runner in me wants; and extremely comfortable for the baby, which is what the mother in me wants.

I absolutely love this buggy! It is worth every penny! I’ve used it for running with baby and he falls asleep almost every time. The suspension is great. I hate using my ‘every day’ buggy now and very rarely do. It can be a bit awkward for small cafes/ restaurants which is about the only time I use my old buggy. I absolutely love it for walking the dogs as well- can go on any terrain and been along the beach. The fixed wheel makes it a lot easier to manage dogs and keep on track without veering. I was worried about manoeuvring with the fixed wheel but soon got used to it. I personally don’t like taking the wheels off every time and with dog cage in the boot it does take up a lot of space in the car but I know people take the wheel off each time and find it easy enough. This is a small sacrifice for all the benefits.

This product is fantastic! Really well designed with the extra brake on the handlebar to enable you to slow the pram down hill etc.Was brought to use as a running stroller, but can be used much wider, particularly over rough ground.Brilliant fit those who want to get back into running while looking after the baby, and our baby has had a good long snooze each time we’ve taken her out in it.The front wheel is fixed position only, and cannot be set to swivel, but the stroller is light enough to turn by slightly lifting the front so this is not much of an inconvenience, and definitely best to put safety first.Lastly the included insert allows you to use the pram for small babies too (althoughrunning is not recommended until baby is 6m+)

Light, manoeuvrable. Goes truly anywhere on and off the beaten track. Baby loves it too, she actually sings for the 5 minutes before nodding off! Makes me want to get my shoes or boots on and tramp about the forest trails every day. It's not really for the shops, but it has presence and catches the eye. I am pleased, proud and enthused.Warning: During my research on other strollers I came across the term "jogger style" and these seem to bear a warning not to run with them in the small print. This one is the Real McCoy and I think justifies purchase for its ease of use even if you are only intending walking and not going to jog with baby. Either will be a pleasurable experience.

my advice to anyone who buys this running buggy, has good as it is, my only qualm are the tyres! I encountered punchers every time I took the buggy out due to thorns piercing the tyre NOT GOOD. I purchased a couple spare inner tubes beforehand as its easier to quickly changed the inner tube rather than fix a puncture by the road side or track (blessing in disguise)so I replaced the cheap grade tyres the buggy comes with, with a new set from Halfords and since then, I've not suffered one puncture.FANTASTIC BUGGY FOR THE MONEY.......BUT DEFINITELY BUY A GOOD SET OF TYRES

1.2.2021

There are side pockets on the hood but they are barely functional as they too wide and shallow to hold anything securely. We added a hanging bag at the back to stow essentials (keys, phones, etc.). The bag at the bottom of the jogger stores more volume than expected but needs a bit of caution when opening as things tend to fall out.The other slight design deficit is that the liner tends to slip in and sit under the bar which makes it impossible to close. Took me a while to figure out why the bar wasn't closing securely.Otherwise a great design and perfect cross-country.

I bought second hand and have now done over 300miles of buggy running and many more of adventurous walks, with the only issue being a flat tyre. I would highly recommend this buggy if you like to get off the beaten track or enjoy running or both. We have been thru sand dunes, snow, mud up to ankles and ran 15km together!Only thing to watch out for is that it is big and bulky so just check dimensions as it wont easily go in the back of a small car (unless you take the wheels off) if you want to get anything else in the boot!

Been using for over 2 months now and both me and my baby love it!!! He seems very comfortable in it and usually has a nap while I’m running. Very sturdy and light. The only downside I would say is that because is made for running the front wheels are locked (which is fair enough) but it does make a bit difficult if you have to keep turning all the way, but in the end what matters is that Bubba is comfy and safe inside and it doesn’t make running more difficult.Very happy with the purchase

Great chair for my 1 year old. I don't use the chair for jogging but for going for walks on rough terrain and it performs without fail. Really easy to manoeuvre and nice to have the front brake for added security.Would be nice if the footmuff was to be included in the price as there isn't a lot of material in the chair itself (light weight).Really happy with the purchase, nice to go for a walk and not have baby rattled by going over bumps.

This is an excellent stroller. It is amazing in the park and a dream to push. It goes nicely on the grass and my 4 month old remains undisturbed. The shocks are a bit stiff but that doesn't seem to affect the overall ride. The only thing is that it is quite long and has a small basket, so it isn't ideal for going shopping and navigating aisles and tight corners. However, it is marketed as a sport outdoor stroller so it is excellent at its job.

I have had this for approximately three years and it is still in regular use. It has been used well past what would be considered 'reasonable use' (when out for a run my daughter likes being bumped down sets of steps) and has coped with it beautifully. It has done well over a thousand kilometres on terrain from road to ploughed fields. At least five friends have bought the same pram based on seeing me with mine.

Use this running buggy with my 6 month old baby. It's easy to put together. Baby is very comfy and secure. Buggy is easy to push and lightweight. Suspension make the ride relatively smooth. It fold away flat and if you remove the wheels which are all removable very easily, it's very compact.Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to run with a baby/child. Well worth every penny.

23.11.2018

I absolutely love this buggy! Its big wheels make it easy to go on every surface with very little effort required to push. It’s easy to turn (this was one of my concerns). Perfect for running, but if you’re an occasional runner and need a buggy for everyday use get the 360 version instead as this one is quite big and it’s hard to move around in the shops or even to fit it in the car!
