Hmmm, where to start with this, it works as a small annexe. Really depends what you want.I noticed quite a bit of condensation build up on the material, not too much of a problem but I would advise against putting it away wet.Size wise it's small, it suited our purpose as basically the bog room, I won't beat about the bush, we just wanted somewhere to stow the Thetford and a few bits and bobs, for that it is perfect. I wouldn't put people or children in it, unless it was a very warm night and they were very small and still. The construction is fine but it won't withstand a a couple of jumping beans in the night. I would use it for nothing more than what I bought it for and for that purpose it is spot on.It fitted my pennine trailer camper ok,

This awning extension is fine, it fits our elderly Trio awning with no trouble. Its outer fabric goes up inside the awning and attaches to the awning frame, and it doesn't let any water or wind in at all. We did have one problem however, which is that we had some heavy rain during one night, and a puddle formed on top of the outer cover, in the middle just behind the horizontal pole. As it rained, the puddle got bigger...and bigger...turned into a small lake...and eventually the weight of water was such that the whole thing collapsed, bending the poles into an 'M' shape, and coming to rest about a foot from our daughter's face. She slept through the whole episode...but the moral is to make sure the guys are tight when it rains.

I bought this annexe to fit my current old awning as an option to changing the awning and am more than satisfied with it. Easy to erect. Water proof and we manage to fit a double air bed in the inner tent.I could not find an annexe to fit my current awning and was thinking of changing it for a newer on with an annexe. Buying this saved me hundreds of pounds. 5 star solution to my problem

This annexe for awning worked a treat very waterproof and withstood heavy rains. It was easy to fit easily fitted. A couple of our friends stated in. I would highly recommend it.

good quality, good fit. Was worried at first as I have always previously bought camping items from matching manufacturers but this annexe is excellent quality and easy to fit.

Great extension to our awning we had heavy rain and no leaks anywhere very good quality material no condensation either easy to assemble really pleased and highly recommend

Very adaptable. We have an old awning and were unable to find an annex that fitted our Isabella Capri. This universal one fits the bill perfectly.

Excellent value for money easy to erect grandchildren had a brilliant weeks holiday warm. And dry.
