I bought couple of these as replacement for Philips Sonicare - about 8 times more expensive sonic toothbrush with faulty design. One of the bad designs of Philips toothbrush is that battery is soldered into the mainboard and can't be easily changed. And it's not really waterproof or serviceable.All of these problems are gone with this cheap Oral-B toothbrush. It works ages on one charge of rechargeable batteries, it is as efficient as expensive toothbrush, and if it's going to die in a year like Philips does - it's not a big deal. However, taking into account the simplicity of design I doubt that it will break too soon.Obviously, I didn't run clinical tests with this toothbrush,

Very good battery powered toothbrush with timer. I had been purchasing electric rechargeable oral B devices up until the last year. However, as the battery in these would degrade over time the toothbrush spent more time on the re-charger than in the bathroom and then you just end up binning them. I did try to change the internal battery in them before, but it's hit and miss and requires the use of a soldering unit.I do use two AA rechargeable batteries in this unit, but they seem to last a great deal longer. last recharge was two weeks ago and they are still going strong. I just always have another set of AA rechargeable batteries ready to go. The toothbrush head speed might not be as fast as electric rechargeable units,

Пазы для элементов питания просторны и позволяют использовать перезаряжаемые аккумуляторы, что встречается не у всех производителей, создавая неожиданные трудности, связанные с тем, что аккумуляторы несколько толще по диаметру, и затолкать их, также как извлечь из пазов, является нетривиальной задачей. Данная модель лишена такого недостатка. Соотношение цена/качество - просто отличное.

This is just as advertised and does a good job. Read some other reviews talking about the retaining lugs breaking after a few changes of the batteries, a problem I don't have. You just have to apply gentle pressure to the base to release these lugs before pulling the base off to get at the batteries. I can see that if you just yank the end cap off without pressing the lugs in, it will come off but will also weaken or break the securing lugs, maybe thats what was happening ? Maybe not ? But not a problem with my brush.

The toothbrush is firmly. The brush is compact and you can easy clean the teeth inside your mouth. Power button is easy to use. Brush head is easy to replace as it just need to pull out. Also the battery cover is easy to remove. So I think this is a good design and hope that this will be last for long time.

Easy to use and very efficient. I bought this on the recommendation of my dentist because f some slight gum bleeding when using a manual brush (which I replaced every 6 months). I've not had any bleeding since using this and my teeth feel as clean as when I've had a professional polish at the dentist.

good brush for those of us that do not have a shaver point in our bathrooms , don't know how long the batteries will last but will try rechargeable when needed, was able to get spare universal slightly larger brush heads for it at a reasonable price so a good purchase for me.

Excellent tooth brush at this price. I really can't see much difference between this and the more expensive electric tooth brushes. It may look more basic but it does a great job. It takes 2 AA batteries and I use Duracell rechargeable ones which last a couple of months.

This is a well designed bit of kit, recommended by my dentist and I've found it by far the best tooth brush I've ever used. It takes all the hassle out of tooth brushing time for me and the kids. We have a brush each and even my children enjoy using theirs.

Good for the price. My dentist recommended getting one so some are really expensive. Seen this one and just went with it. Used it and even though first use i can feel difference from normal tooth brush. And it hasn't pulled on purse strings.

Good design. Fits the hand well. The advantage of battery power over rechargeable is that you just need to change the batteries to continue using the brush whereas you have to wait to recharge the other type (16 hours for a full charge).

i have bought 2 of these for my mum so she could have one at home and one at her other halves she uses them every day and has noticed a vast improvement in her teeth and you dont have to spend ages doing your teeth well worth the money

This toothbrush is amazing! Teeth feels REALLY clean after each use, and the small head means you use less toothpaste, too - BARGAIN! Oh, and it's got a TIMER that vibrates after 2 minutes: how cool is that?! Definitely recommended!

Arrived swiftly and is a great toothbrush. It is relatively small so packs away on trips really easily. It accepts a wide variety of heads so you can find one which suits you if the stock one doesn't. I would recommend this.

Hard to say much really, it was a good price, it works ok, it seems to have slightly different movement to my previous braun rechargeable, but batteries fail quickly on those so trying a removable battery type .
