This lock is top quality and really tough. It seems very secure for a combination lock. But it is massive! I mean that in a good way. From the picture i was expecting something almost pocket sized but I suppose the clue is in the name. So check the measurements. The combi part is about 3.5cm diameter by 10cm long to the outside of the two yellow bits. Lovely smooth, easy to use dials. It is a fantastic piece of kit and a good deterrent. The cable is strong and covered in thick plastic so won't scratch. You'd need bolt cutters or a while with a hacksaw to cut it I think. Great for pedal bikes or scooters in low risk places as an alternative to disc locks,

its feels like a good quality strong lock! with a weather protection cover for the key hole (a nice touch) BUT if you were hoping for the key with the little microlight LED on it (a potentially useful feature for when your locking you bike in the dark) you will be disappointed it does not come with it although it does come with 5 keys so plenty spares i just wanted to tell you the microlight LED is not included but all in all its a good lock! also quite speedy postage

The lock looks very sturdy and is of a good build. It is long enough (185 cm) to wrap around most objects when out and about, also to lock two bikes together. The combination mechanism works smoothly. The chain is actually thicker than in the description on this website - on the box it says 10mm and it looks like this, while it says 8 mm on bikeinn.com. So this was a positive surprise! You get a great value for your money.

I bought this lock after I borrowed it for a few time from a friend who has the bike in the same garage but he doesn't use it. I liked it a lot because it's easy to use and seem pretty strong in the same time. I have to say that I didn't left my bike for a long time locked outside and I don't know how hard or easy it is to cut it off.

Bought this lock because I already possess a larger Onguard Bulldog, and wanted something lighter for quick pop into the shops and secondary lock for my wife's bike. Decent thickness, but wouldn't use this as a sole over-niter lock. Key lock has a weather cover so that should prevent any weather wear and tear on the lock.

This is superb value for money and everything seems extremely well made, at 2kg and 20mm thick it was far to heavy for a cycle and very hard to get into shape.Would suit a motorbike better or someone with a bit more patience than me willing to carry 2kg aroundHalfords do very similar locks for over twice the price

Good solid lock. Bring on the bolt cutting thieves and let's see how far you get. It is not too heavy compared to my chain lock which ways about 6kg and fits into my gym bag easily enough... Cannot take the key out until it is locked secured so I am pleased and the whole thing is smartly priced.

Certainly looks the part for a cycle lock. It will deter most opportunists thieves. Well made & looks a lot heavier than it is. It's length makes it easy to secure the bike to posts & will go through both wheels & the frame. How it will fare against a boltcroper I have no idea.

A crazy castle! Probably also suitable to attach a tank to the street lantern or sink a Velodieb in a brook. I will try everything! Disadvantages I find the enormous size and the weight, as the backpack quickly full!

This will not be broken into in a hurry, one look at this lock and thieves will just turn away, it's a beast of a lock and is very well made. Very strong and sturdy, well manufactured and an excellent quality

The castle is very large and heavy, the photo looks smaller :-), but it is also much safer. To go to town a bit impractical, but when you go camping, the bike is for example. Better secured overnight.

Received very fast and the quality is definitely greater than other combination locks I have. If someone wants to steal your bike, it's inevitable but nevertheless £3-4 more worth the challenge!

The length of this cable lock is ideal as it allows you to put it through both wheels and the frame, its easy to set your code and seems very well made, I would highly recommend it.

Don't know how it would stand up against someone actually trying to take my bike, thankfully haven't had to find out, but seems sturdy and looks alone should be a deterrent.

Good length lock .Able to secure both wheels and frame to a post or fence.Great for poppng into a coffee shop or pub where not leaving the bike for a long time.good .
