The helmet is rather tight, so go for the larger model if the head circumference is between the sizes. I have a size L with a 60 cm head circumference and that feels too tight. On the trail, however, I don't notice anything from the helmet. Even with the mounted GOPRO 8. With the O'Neal Tron neck guard, I have found my best combination of freedom of movement and protection. Light, well-ventilated, well-made and equipped helmet. My full buy recommendation. This is already my second Blade IPX helmet, I replaced the first one for safety reasons and because it looks pretty disheveled. How should I say it really hit me in the face and I'm just glad that the helmet put it all away.
