I honestly am blown away. When I tell you that for an entire year, I had this growing dry patch between my knuckles that felt like part of my skin died and I could not revive it- I mean I was getting concerned. I never experienced this.I tried pretty much everything I had including high end creams. Even exfoliating. Only Avon Clinical hand cream came close to relieving me.My friend had gone through something similar and recommended this cream. With tax, and price it came to, I was at wits end that this had to work or I would have to seek help.Immediately upon getting it, I tried it. It gave me INSTANT relief! It actually penetrated my dead dry patches and soaked in. My hand felt alive again!

My facial skin is normally dry and a little sensitive, but this is mostly-work-related (working in a warm, but rather dry, air-conditioned environment) and was easily treated with regular/cheap skin creams, e.g. Nivea.However, I received high-dose head & neck radiotherapy last year, which has left me with significantly more sensitive facial skin, especially in the lower half of my face. The oncologist recommended E45, but I had an allergic reaction to it after a few months of occasional use, so that one's out. Nivea, L'Oreal Men Expert and even the excellent Aveeno Cream no longer work at all, so I was looking for an alternative. Having spotted this cream in the pharmacy at my place of work,

I have had a problem with extremely dry skin, but only my little finger on my right hand, for about a month. The skin cracks and bleeds and was in constant pain. I tried many different creams. All they did was make it oily and sticky and gave a little help with the itchiness for only a few hours, which soon wore off, or wiped away. It was getting worse. I randomly picked this cream due to its boost of effectiveness. I am blown away by how fast and well this cream has worked. As it said, within 48 hours the swelling, itchiness, cracking of skin and pain has gone. With just a slight redness behind. It is one of the few products I have purchased where it does what it claims.

I bought this cream for my dry winter hands that are also subjected to the rigors of woodworking and chemicals that clean my hands, and it works. Once applied, the greasy feeling of hand cream quickly dissipates and there's no smell. The real bonus that I have discovered is that is it a cure for my chronic skin problems on my hips and butt. Applied every day after my shower, my butt acne has completely subsided in about 3 weeks and the scars are slowly fading as well. I was considering trying special butt acne acne creams also available on Amazon but had mixed feelings about the small quantities, high cost, and mixed reviews. Now I know I don't need those treatments with this O'Keeffe's Skin Repair lotion.

I've been an eczema sufferer my entire life, I've had endless courses of steroids and even light therapy (UVB).Whilst the above does well to fight infection I've always searched for the cooling, soothing cream which can calm a flare up as it is happening, without leaving my skin greasy and even more irritated. Having used this now for just over a month this is the best option that's out there; even over an endless supply of prescribed gels and creams.Whilst it wont work miracles it definitely attacked the root cause of dry skin better than anything else I've tried, so if that's the root cause if what is bothering you then this is the product to try.I rarely write reviews but felt inclined on this - skin conditions are such horrible things to deal with.

Really like this cream, it’s brilliant on small patches of eczema, and general relief of tightness on dry skin, I also have a large area of varicose eczema on my leg which needs creaming every day with most normal eczema creams that also tend to stay greasy. With O’Keefe’s I can go a couple of days, it absorbs into the skin very quickly, leaves it soft, smooth and supple, no greasiness at all. Nurses have asked what I use on my leg as it is in such good condition.So pleased with cream I went on to buy the large pump bottle, a little goes a long way but it’s easier to get out and you only need one hand to operate. Won’t use anything else now, nor it seems will anyone else in my family,

I don’t know why but sometimes despite my best efforts, something will irritate my very sensitive skin. I avoid all zips, no jeans or zips on dresses. I must become complacent because WHAM the soreness and dry flaky skin returns. I have spent a lot of money trying this and that cream. I read a review looking at another product which suggested using O’Keefe’s. oh my goodness! It is absolutely AMAZING! It felt wonderful to put it on and feel the sore and itchiness ease. It is completely unscented, easily absorbed and the dryness also completely disappears. A wonder cream for me. So delighted I found the recommen.

The thickness and moisturizing is just right. This perfect for applying right before you go sleep so when you wake up your hands feel nice and smooth. Its great for me as well since I over sanitize and wash my hands at work. I went from super dry hands (dry to the point where they were bleeding) to nice soft and smooth skin. Give it a week and you'll be back to normal skin.

I have very exaggerated dry flaky skin, especially on my face, tried endless products, so was not expecting too much. Wow, was I wrong. This is a life saver, within a week my skin was near normal, which is saying a lot! I used quite a lot of it and a couple times a day morning and night. I have very sensitive skin and it was fine. Its very good for the face, etc.

Every winter I always get rashes on my hands when I’m out in the cold, the rash is usually dry, itchy and quite sore.. usually red in colour and skin is broken. I have been using this miracle cream for only 2 days and my hands have almost cleared up completely! I’m completely amazed.. really really impressed.. will be buying this again for sure!! ?

My psoriasis and eczema have been especially bad this winter and the itching has been unbearable. My prescription cream has not worked as it normally does so I thought I would try this and it's been great. It's eased the itching and has reduced the redness enough to allow my prescription cream to work. Would definitely recommend.

I get the odd patch of dry skin (a sort of mild eczema) here and there, and this stuff simply clears it up. I normally have to use a prescription cream to get rid of it but with simply applying this a few times a week it keeps the problem in check brilliantly. If you've got anything similar I'd recommend you give this a try.

I have eczema & find it really hard to clear up with my regular creams and gels. After about a week of using this product once a day, (along with my regular stuff) it has really helped to clear it up. I have found though, that 48hr moisture isn’t what I get. However it’s still a great product in my opinion!

Bought this after seeing an advert, I thought I would try it on a dry patch I have on my arm.I found you do not need much, I used about 2 pea sized for my whole arm, applying once a day. Within 3 days the dry area was soft and gone.First cream I've found that works so well. Highly recommended.

This is fantastic. I had terribly cracked, dry skin on my hands from washing them so much in the past couple of months. This lotion softened my hands within a day and honestly, I don’t think my skin has felt so soft. It also is not greasy like some other lotions and dries in very quickly.
