I got these to replace the stock grips on my Razor A5, which are way too small for my hands. Everyone says the ODI Longneck grips are the best, and I agree -- they are awesome. Really well made and comfortable. On the Razor A5, you have to cut off the flanges for them to work, but that's really easy to do with a sharp knife. The company expects you to do that - there's even a indentation in the grips to guide your cut.I used a few drops of rubbing alcohol on the inside and they slid right on to my bars. After a day to dry, they stick perfectly.

If you don't have a air compressor, just use isopropyl alcohol to slip on the grips. Pour a bit all around the inside of the grip and quickly slip them onto the bar. If they start sticking, twist the grips, and tap them on the end. They will go on. The alcohol makes the grip slippery so that it slides on easy, then it evaporates and the grips stick to the bar like they are supposed to. Whatever you do, DON'T use oil! They will stay permanently slippery and will slide all over when you use them.

The grips worked perfectly on my Giant ATX 780 mountain bike. I needed reduce the length to fit my handlebars. The grips were very east to cut with a razor blade and a little rubbing alcohol. I also cleaned the handle bars with rubbing alcohol and applied some alcohol to the inside of the grips when installing on the bars. Very simple installation, and the end caps fit perfectly. The grips feel great when riding. GOOD QUALITY, MADE IN THE USA!

So I am just updating this review.The product came rather quicker than I expected.PROS -They look great.They work great.Very comfortable.Quality is good.Cons -They get very dirty. I put grease on my handle bars, but it gave the grips black spots. This was my fault too. I washed it with water, taking most of the grease off, but some still there.Updates*They are working just great. No signs of wearing YET.

Switched from BMX to MTB recently and did NOT like the cheap, ergonomic shaped grips it came with. Everybody rides lock ons or fat foam grips on MTBs but I wanted a classic BMX grip that felt like home for me. Seems to be a perfect length for my large hands, still room for brakes and shifters on modern wide flat bars. Also a decent bar end to protect my bars which took some damage from the stock grips...

I bought these for my 9 year old's bike. I trimmed of the unnecessary length, which was really easy, sprayed some hairspray on the handlebars as a knowledgeable friend had advised and these went on very easy. I tapped the plugs in and he was off. He said he liked the feel and that they were nice and soft. I would definitely recommend these if you are in the market for grips.

Very cool looking, well made. Taking the old grips off was a huge pain and getting these on was a nightmare until the kid decided to look on YouTube for ideas on how to install. Bingo, spray hairspray (yes, hairspray) generously inside the grips .. they slide right on, and when the hairspray dries it turns to glue so the grips are on super tight. Price is excellent as well.

Nice Grips. Made in the USA a Plus!Bought these in pink for my little girls bike. Big hint... They are a tight fit (which is good) book make life a little easier by soaking them in hot water. At first I was concerned they were a bit "sticky", but after the hot water bath, they were fine. Nice quality. Extra long. Be patient, they take a little work to get them on.

Super grippy! These are really soft grips on the hands, I don't think I will be needing gloves anymore. They were a pain to get on (using the zip tie method) but I doubt they will be moving much if at all even after hard riding. Really great so far and are night and day compared to my BMX's stock grips that were really worn out.

Bought for a BMX that was supposed to come with red grips according to the pics on eBay but showed up with brown grips, so for $12 I decided on these as a replacement instead of complaining to that eBay seller, just put them on & they look bright & are as comfortable as the originals.

A little more aqua blue than light blue like in the picture. Still compliments my Green SE Bikes So Cal Flyer with light blue wheels, perfectly. I like the longneck design because I can still put on Grip Donuts. Overall great product if you want to make subtle upgrades to your bike.

I bought the handles for the first time three years ago and mitlerweile the second set down. The grip is just great with and without glove. And personally I prefer these handles in black, as they do not last quite long in other colors and the liability is not quite as good.

Obviously they’re going to be amazing because they’re ODI’s but they have just the right compound as well. My brother got some of the pro compound ones and they are sticky and wear after a few weeks. These however are perfect. Would highly recommend

He has Odi grips for both his bike and his scooter. You cant go wrong with odi. The shipping was actually here before expected and he was pleased with the grips. We have purchased odi grips ... in multiple colors for his various bikes and scooters..

Really good. Comfortable when you ride and absorb alot kf the impact so your hands dknt hurt. Really easy to put on with WD40, kinda hard to take off. So with the WD40 make sure you put it in the desired position before it dries out.
