I've been living in this tent for the past couple of weeks in the Orkneys. It has withstood some very strong and sustained gusts of wind though because the walls buckled and bent so badly, I had to spend most of the night in the campsite lounge. Still, it was still standing next morning and all my stuff was safe and dry.I had however, added some stronger pegs and a few more guys so I can't be sure the tent as is out of the box would have done as well. Still, if y I go camping without good pegs and extra line in case of storm... Well, that's on you ;)The tent is roomy and well aerated, I've never had a problem with humidity though it does get quite cold at night and there is always a bit of a breeze. It was not easy to put up by myself but it took no more than 30 minutes with help.It is fairly heavy to carry for long periods of time. All in all, I'm quite happy with it so far, especially considering it's a cheaper tent. I would wish for more guy anchors, especially on the walls themselves and an attached groundsheet for the porch but all in all, I'd recommend. We'll see now if it handles the next couple of weeks as well ;)Edited a month and 1/2 later: well, I lived in the tent in the Orkneys for a month and a half almost uninterrupted. The tent did alright though the waterproofing was suffering towards the end and severely sections of poles snapped after a while. Eventually, too many split to keep the tent up even in a low-moderate breeze so I had to pack it in and move to the hostel. I'm not unhappy with it though, considering it did put up with a couple of weekends of strong gusts and nearly constant rain. For the price, I feel I got good value. I might buy new poles and keep the tent for milder climes while I buy a better tent for rougher camping.

I'm by no means a boy scout or a tent expert, but I bought this for a recent camping trip with friends and I have to say it served me well. It doesn't come with instructions, so I had to guess most of it but it was pretty straightforward. I may not have done things perfectly, as my friends were concerned about slight visual flaws to them, but all in all it did it's job for 4 nights and I had loads of room inside. My friends were concerned the outer tent was touching the inner tent and at some point I may have had a leak on my hands, but it seemed to be ok and stood up to the elements - where we were was quite windy and we did have some rain on a couple of nights. It was also very easy to take down and roll up again and put in the bag.The only downsides:- Pegs were not the best,so might be worth getting some better ones, however these did alright- The guide ropes are black so hard to see at night, so you might want to make them more visible somehow- May not be the best choice for experienced campers, as some of my friends who were, weren't that sold on it

Fantastic tent, great value for money. I've camped 3 times in it before writing this review.Easy to put up, I have managed it on my own with no problem in about 15 mins. Make sure the outer is stretched out properly and pegs in on an angle and that should avoid any contact between the inner/outer which is what causes leaks most of the time.Very spacious will easily accommodate 3 people with backpacks, etc.Very lightweight/compact for a 4 man tent. Most importantly, extemely weather resistant - I have just come back from 5 days/4 nights at Kendal Calling - a festival in the Lake District, we had Thunderstorms and 3 days of torrential rain and a few strong gusts of wind over the weekend.Admittedly I had waterproof sprayed it as I was expecting poor weather (£5 spray so not too much of an additional cost). Not one leak, which few of my friends could say about their own tents and the tent poles held up well against the wind.I've bought several tents over the years, this is without a doubt the best I've bought for the price.

Absolutely awesome! As a first time camper I had a small budget and absolutely no idea on what made a good tent or what I needed to be looking for. I found this one and decided to listen to the good reviews and buy it which is one of the best things I've ever done! This tent is amazing! Fits 2-3 people in and backpacks very comfortably and completely blocks out high winds and heavy rain to keep you dry! The tent poles were really strong and made the whole tent sturdy. Been camping for a while now and have thought about getting something bigger but to be honest I have so much faith in this one that I wouldn't trust using another unless I really needed to!Only downfall was the instructions weren't very good but after a quick look on YouTube it was up quickly and easily within 5 minutes! I have gained a love of camping after having this little tent and I couldn't recommend it highly enough! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Tent was easy to put up, though I didn't put the pegs in (this was just a practise run), it stayed up. My little 5 year old sister helped me. Would have been nice to have the option to open the 'window' from the inside, though. After using it in 'real' weather with the tent pegs, I didn't realise the instruction said not to use in stormy weather! Obviously, I didn't know it was gonna thunder and lighting all night. But I'm happy to say the tent didn't collapse (I did pray/beg; hard to Jesus, as it was 4am when the wind wanted to take the tent down), but it did let water in on the sides which could have been the hard rain. I don't think it would last many more nights like that, and if I did it again I would buy an extra ground sheet, as the porch part didn't have a base. Not bad for my first offical camp!;D

I took this to a small music festival in Shropshire over the summer and it was great. It's a good, solid material and is SO easy to put up. Took the two of us no more than 10 minutes (and that was with an excited dog running in and out). What makes this tent so great is the extra porch area. We were lucky with good, sunny weather so it was really nice to be able to keep the doors unzipped in the day and lay back and see outside, while keeping some privacy. It's also great to keep wellies and food bags so you don't end up sleeping nose to nose with all your outdoor gear.It fitted two of us and a dog very comfortably, with plenty of room for bags and snacks. It packed up nice and easy at the end of our stay and actually fitted in the tent bag - amazing!Definitely recommend for weekend trips away.

For 5 days camping with loads this tent is good for 3 people with a little bit of extra space on the sides (that saved our bodies from rain). We actually loved it. In a festival, this pattern and colour of tent were very easily found - never get lost. It was confusing for me to build a tent who has had no experience. I have tried to put it up with experienced friends in the garden. The cloth is quite thin, so we did our best. Coated with waterproof spray and inserted a big leisure sheet underneath the tent that prevented us from wet ground by rain. The 'entrance' became a mini seating and cooking space and water storage. Lockable with padlock on each sides of zipper. Good tent for summer camping.Could be cold for winter.

great tent with two design faults, one issue is the door zips the wrong way round - when you unzip the door window cover for a netting door it folds outwards and not inwards - basically you have to open the full door from the inside to then unzip the door window cover to then walk back inside and rezip the whole door - quite annoying when you wake up on a campsite and just wanna look out but stay in bed - second design fault is poles not strong enough very very flexible - the waterproof cover for the tent is brilliant very strong and works well - id happily of paid little bit more for the stronger tent etc - but overall the tent is a good buy for quick camping - i just wouldn't wanna be caughtin high winds in it

Great value, worked great at a recent festival even with showers. Worth noting the guy ropes are black so not visible at night. Also from a design point of view the outer sits ontop of the inner which is supported by the poles. This does mean the outer has areas that touch the inner mainly where the material is furthest away from a pole. If I were to make a improvement it would be the have the outer supported by the poles then hang the inner off the inside. Putting up and down takes around 20 minutes if you're doing it solo and the bag is quite forgiving if you don't get the rolling up quite right when packing away. All in all this tent was great value for money and also looks great will be using again.

Excellent tent. Withstood heavy rain and strong wind at Glastonbury for four days. A good size for one person for a comfortable camping experience, but ample space for two people. I bought 8 inch pegs separately just to be safe, but the ones that come with the tent look like they would do the job also. Very easy to put up, although the instructions leave a lot to be desired - ask a friend who's done the camping thing before if you're not experienced. Pretty easy to take down and roll back into its case. Got the purple and blue polka dot version and saw a few others with this beaut at the festival. Bright colour also makes it easy to find among other tents!

Perfect size, bought it for 2 people, very spacious! Have had this tent in the past for a festival and it was brilliant. No problems putting it up, so easy to do without instructions (as long as you have common sense!) it rained all weekend, got a little bit wet on the inside but considering it was raining for two days straight it was impressively dry! Only problem we really had was the top layer blowing away during the night in the high winds! But this might be because the ground was very wet and soft and the pegs weren't staying in right. Would 100% recommend this tent to anyone looking for a spacious and good tent for a festival or camping weekend.

The first tent we received was faulty (nothing to feed the poles through to erect the tent) but the sellers' response was marvellous - they got back to me straight away and sent a replacement tent, which arrived just in time for us to take it to Blissfields. The tent is easy and quick to put up and although there was torrential rain on Saturday, it stayed completely dry inside. There is room for three adults to sleep, though if you want space to store bags, two is more comfortable. Four children could sleep in it. The pretty colours make it very easy to spot among hundreds of blue and green tents! I would highly recommend this tent and the sellers.

2 of us took this 4 man tent to a festival so we would have space for a lot of luggage but in the end we did fit in 4 people in single sleeping bags without a problem. Really easy to set up and the white pink and purple design meant our tent was easy to find in a sea of others which all looked similar. Loved the tent and really wanted it for next year but after a 3 day festival couldnt be bothered to fold it all up while it was wet so decided it was cheap enough to buy again. Only problem is a lot of sunlight came through later on the morning so an eyemask would be needed for a lie in (I ended up putting on sunglasses to go back to sleep)

ordered on a friday and was delivered next day , put it up in back garden to see how it goes up and took about 10 minutes to put up you can do it on your own which is a bonus , taking down took slightly longer. would recommend that you get some decent tent pegs as the ones that come with it are very thin . it would fit 4 people in if using roll mats but i bought this for me and my son to go watching touring car racing so we would be using air beds and you would fit 2 air beds in with a gap in the middle, as i have not used it yet when it rains can't say what it is like but it is supposed to be waterproof so i will have to wait and see

Really pleased with this purchase. Bought primarily for the kids to play with in the garden but it’s a good size and we plan to have a family camp out in the garden at some point. Big enough for 4 but can’t imagine you’d have room for 4 to camp properly as there wouldn’t be room for bags/equipment (though there is a little space at the front that could be used, not sealed in). Haven’t tested it in the rain so can’t comment on how waterproof it is. Easy to put up but windy weather would prove a challenge with the outer cover being so light. Fine once pegged out. The light coloured fabric is great for creating an airy light play space.
