I bought this tent to replace my 9 year old Hilleburg Nalgo 2GT which had had suffered from the effects of UV on the flysheet, Given the amount and type of use its had, I have no complaints on its durability or design,but they won't supply a replacement fly and current price for that tent is ridiculous. So in looking for a suitable replacement came across the Oppland 2SI, almost identical in design and materials, light and strong enough for multi day backpacking in all seasons (except possibly heavy snow). But also big enough for two to sort through and store all their gear out of the elements, without feeling cramped, even if the weather closes down for several days at a time.The design and build quality of the Oppland seems so far to be v good.

Great 2 man tent 3 if your really good friends loads of room for gear in the porch & to sit out bad weather buy the ground sheet protector for added comfort while in the porch last I used was in Glencoe summit camp -5 windy slept like a baby can't fault it
