Not much to say on the product really, it is an official Nintendo product so it does the job perfectly as you would expect. Compatible with the Nintendo Wii U as are Nintendo Wii wiimotes.Now the moans:-YET AGAIN let down by Amazon prime, would never recommend anyone signing up for it. Before we joined prime and payed for guaranteed delivery, the product would always arrive on time because if it didn't then Amazon would have to refund postage. Once we payed for prime however, the guaranteed delivery fails. This is particularly evident when delivery is expected on a Saturday where you can track delivery until it reaches the delivery depot just after midnight but then just sits there until Monday morning.

The first Wii nunchuks I had were the standard white glossy ones, that felt cheap and nasty to hold. They did their job, but weren't going to win any awards for it. Now whilst the price may not have changed, remaining arguably quite high for a controller with one analog stick and two buttons, the new version's quality has risen significantly.There is a textured plastic grip on the black, complimenting the still glossy front. It looks a lot better, and feels miles ahead of it's predecessor. It offers a far better gaming experience which is more suitable for serious titles, rather than the more casual ones the previous nunchuk worked for.Definitely recommend picking up some of these to go with your Wiimotes - gives you far more versatility in the kind of games you can play,

I expect no less than pure quality from Nintendo and they certainly don't dissapoint. As a previous user of non-official 'chuks I am used to dodgy controlers which often break down but the cheap price often kept me buying them year after year. I finally decided (after what must have been my sixth year of another non-official break down) to take the plunge and pay the higher price for the genuine article - and I couldn't be happier. It fits nicely in the hand the analogue stick feels reliable and the buttons feel solid when pressed. If you are reading this and considering non-official controlers for the lower price point,

Of course, if you want to play most Wii games, you need a nunchuck. Buying the official Nintendo controllers always guarantee quality, and this is no exception. Works well. If you want your nunchuck to last, buy this one. Although I think this is slightly overpriced since the Wii did come out in 2006, and this is the same thing with Wii U branding on the box. If you can find this cheaper somewhere else, I'd recommend buying that.

...however, after the constant grief of the "look-a-like" versions of these controllers breaking and just not lasting, i though I would push the boat out and get the genuine Nintendo kit. It works and continues to work! much more than can be said for the cheaper non-Nintendo versions that i have bought previously. In summary, eye wateringly expensive for what it is but at least it does do the job properly.

Only buy genuine, full stop!I will recommend it, to any parent that is looking to buy additional one for their children!I bought about 5 cheap ones, and all of them were knackered after few days of use, this one has lasted for few months now , and my boys use it almost daily!Buy only genuine ones from the maker, as only the maker can guarantee quality!

As with my (WiiU) Wiimote plus review, this is actually an improvement on the Wii branded version. I wasn't expecting it to be any better, but its more weighty, comfier and seems to be made from better materials (matt finish underneath is great)if you don't have one already, buy one of these over the older versions.

These arrived quickly and are already in use. We have both a wii and a wii U and I hear them being tested on each. They work perfectly.I have bought cheaper imitations in the past and I found they just did not last. I would recommend the genuine Nintendo product.

Too many dodgy reviews on the non-nintendo ones so bought this to replace one that simply vanished in the house somewhere. Being Nintendo product it is an exact replacement of the original that if we hadn't lost was still going strong after years of use and abuse.

Decided to play skyward sword on my Wii U before I took on the wind waker. The game feels a lot smoother and it is a noticeable upgrade from the classic wii nun chucks, although that could have been from age.

Take my advice and do yourself a favour by buying this BEFORE you buy counterfeit models, they will ALWAYS break, spent too much money on cheaper versions of this, when the really is the one you want.

It's an official Nintendo product, it's the latest version, it does the job intended. I have no comparison to other versions as I've only recently bought a Wii U, but this worked exactly as intended.

What can I say it's a Wii Nunchuk, and it does what it's supposed to. Build quality reflects the extra bucks but considering the hammer it's going to receive, I think it's a sound investment

The nunchuk is an excellent accessory for the wii remote, and makes movement more flexible and precise. Lots of Wii U and Wii games use it, so it's definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I ordered one to use on a standard Wii (not a Wii U) and it's perfectly compatible. I didn't see any difference from my other nunchuk. It works just as it should.
