Bought this for my dad and he really enjoys it. It has lots of useful pockets as well. It's a little on the soft side so it doesn't look especially smart at times but he doesn't mind that at all. The strap is adjustable so he can wear it across the body at times. He's about 5'6" and fairly slim so hope that gives an idea of how that might fit. It's not too tight or short across the body. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know how that goes yet, will update.
