Hubby has had both of the previous versions of this shoe and no longer wears Nanos. He says that the biggest difference for him is the Flywire - it allows him to tighten the shoe all the way around the foot for a more customized fit while still leaving plenty of room in the toe box. We originally purchased the yellow and grey and are exchanging them for another color - the colors of the shoe itself are fine, but he doesn't like the paint splatter look. I attached a closeup pic of the splatter, since it's hard to really see it without zooming way in on the item pic. This is not the fault of the manufacturer or seller and doesn't affect the shoe rating, just a matter of personal preference!

These came highly recommended to me by a guy at a shoe store in the mall. He said they didn't have any and can't keep them in stock, so I should check online.I've owned a number of Nike running and basketball shoes, so I was pretty sure the fit would be consistent, and it was.As far as this shoe goes - STELLAR! Pure joy to my feet while doing my BeachBody workouts where agile like movements are required. Running shoes were giving me cramp in my arches, and, well, no duh, you shouldn't be doing those kinds of moves in running shoes. I've put these through the ringer for a week now, and my feet have had 0 issues. Love em!

I bought these as my main workout shoes.While currently running a Push/Pull/Legs routine, I do like to throw in cardio in the form of stairmaster, treadmill, or shadow boxing. These shoes do great in all of those scenarios. I've even done boxing against my friends in these shoes and they supported me very well.I've also used these shoes to squat heavy loads (315lbs) and they do the job quite well.Overall, if you're looking for a jack-of-all-trades kind of workout or athletic shoe, this one will do great.

These fit as expected and are great for crossfit. They feel a little more elastic then my Reebok Nano 6s and have good laces. I am pretty sensitive to inner seams and i cannot feel any on this pair. The back feels like perfect heel height for me as well. I'm 5-10, 165 and wear a 8.5-9. I always order a 9 in athletic shoes and these were perfect.

Bought these shoes to double both as I-beam shoes and trainers for HIIT and cross fit workouts. They are hands down the best all around shoe I gave ever had. Nike has done a top notch job in finding the perfect balance between the design requirements dictated by these activities.

Very nice all around shoes. The toe box was better than I expected, very comfortable, still low drop and stable/firm for lifting, reasonable comfort for metcons/sprints. I would not run longer than a mile in these. But I prefer not to run longer than a mile anyway!

GREAT SHOES! I wear a womens size 11 but prefer the width of the men's. These are awesome! They make a HUGE difference with working on my dead lifts then i can go straight to running! I would not use these as a long distance run shoe but I really do like these!

Since Nike shoes have routinely run small for me, I always order at least 1/2 size larger than normal. In this case, I ordered size 10 instead of my usual 9.5 and they fit perfectly. This is by far the best cross training shoe I have ever owned, great quality!

Great overall crossfit shoe. Just did rope climbs today not as good as Reebok Men's Crossfit Nano 4.0 for grip. It is light enough to run in and supportive enough to lift in. Only thing I'm worried about is durability but so far no complaints after 3 weeks.

Use these for work, I'm on my feet all day as I am a mechanic. They've got some good support all the way up to your ankles and feel pretty sturdy. They are "breathable" shoes, so rain gets right through them, only downside.

Great lifting shoe. Feels like it forces you back on your heels slightly. Not sure if I would do sprint work in them, but great for power lifting. I do not know how durable they are, I plan on wearing them indoors only.

Purchased for my husband for Christmas. He has a wider foot so most shoes rub on him and are uncomfortable. These do not. They are comfortable and improved his form when doing squats at the gym. Good quality!

Its a different fit than typical running shoes. The heels are are a bit higher, but it feels much more natural and balance for tasks like lifting and jumping. Also very light and keeps your geet cool.

My new favorite shoes and I wear them outside of the gym which is pretty uncharacteristic of me. I use these for CrossFit and they are great for lifting, running and everything else in between.

I had a lot of back pain because I am flat footed using high arched shoes. This shoe has made my back feel so good and I use them as my go to’s. I bought three pair, different colors.
