I bought 2 water pistols for shooting at magpies in the neighbours tree. The Nerf Super Soaker does the job well. It is able to shoot upwards at a 45% angle or even steeper. After filling with water, the top does not close to make a water-tight fitting but apparently it is designed that way and doesn't matter. When shooting upwards, water will drip backwards towards my elbow but that's fine. Range was close to 30 feet shooting upwards. I can't score a direct hit on magpies but the water sprays in several directions and it discourages them.Magpie populations are growing fast in London and they are displacing other birds.I also tried the MOZOOSON-DIRECT but it was unable to shoot upwards at

I have two sons who are forever fighting over who gets to use the best water pistol. In the end we decided to get them identical ones to make it fair. These came as a pair which is brilliant and the price was very reasonable considering the Nerf branding. Despite the compact design they are pretty powerful and can shoot at quite a range. Thanks to the brilliant flip open top they can be filled in seconds and also emptied on someone just as quickly. My boys loved the colours and design of the water pistols. They especially loved how easy it was to fill them and get back in the action rather than holding them under water for long periods of time or under a tap.

Bought for my 5 year old daughter as she struggles with some of the large super soakers we have. The flip top mechanism is great as makes it really easy to fill with water quickly. Despite being quite small it has a good range and the water comes out with a decent amount of force. The size is actually perfect for my little one and she is able to use the pump action which was another thing she struggled with on the bigger versions. She can now join in the water fights fully and is able to give as good as her brother - great fun for the whole family.

I love this product and I believe that it is worth its money … I paid £7.99 and when it arrived if felt like it should of been 20!!! it is super easy to fill and even more easy too empty !!! it is my most accurate water gun and it brings joy to England!!!(when its sunny)its only flaw is the fact that when you tilt it any more than 25degrees it starts too leak. but overall I would highly highly highly highly highly highly highly highly suggest buying this blaster on this page. :)

This water pistol is so easy for my 2 year old to use and he absolutely loves it. Our previous water pistol was too heavy and difficult for him to work. It’s so easy to fill, simply by lifting the top and filling from a tap or dipping into a bucket. You the. Simply push the slider forward and when you pull it back it releases the water in an impressive stream. So much easier than the traditional screw top filling ensuring quick refills during a water fight

Being a cool Auntie and being told in no uncertain terms “she doesn’t need more makeup” I was looking for a little something my niece could use and annoy my sister and brother in law whilst having great fun. This ticks all the boxes, it’s easy for her to fill from the paddling pool and it only took her a few minutes to work out how to pump it to fire. For reference my niece is 3 years 2 months old.Great product and she is loving getting her mum wet.

I bought four if these for a family water fight. I don't regret buying them but I've never had any water guns that leak like these. All four of them were the same.The quick fill mechanism works great though so that made up for it. Not sure I'd feel the same if we'd not had a gorilla tub full of water ready for the refills.If you're quick and you've got buckets lined up to refill you'll have lots of fun.

Great value super soaker. It seems well made and gives a strong jet of water. Ideal for younger children as the whole top part is a flap that opens by pressing the lever at the handle end, making it easy to open and close when refilling, however, it may also leak easily as it doesn’t lock shut tightly as other super soakers do. My 4 year old has been having great fun with it in our family water fights.

A present for a friends son and he loves it!Pretty good range and accuracy for this price. Mega easy to fill up. A bit random having the option to open the whole top of it gun and tip the water out but seems to be a bonus with the little one so all good there.A bit of leakage here and there but with this type of design you have to expect this so go in to this buying this model with that in mind!

My 3yr old daughter can aim and operate this water pistol with ease. It means she can keep up with the older kid when they’re having water fights.The only grumble is that it goes through water very quickly and it needs filling every couple of minutes. Definitely fill a large bucket and leave it outside so they can reload it themselves(!)

Easy to fill up and fire - no fiddly trigger or tiny capped fill up hole to contend with, so was great for even my three year old to use. There is no denying that super soakers are significantly more powerful than other water guns so be warned, if you are buying them for your children, you might want to buy on for yourself too.

We are so so pleased with these water guns! Finally someone has thought to make them easy for kids to fill up! They simply press on the lever and it flips up so they can easily fill it. Especially if they are in a paddling pool it literally takes seconds. Great purchase well worth the money for my boys aged 3 and 6!

Great water gun, easy to fill and get the kids very wet! (and the washing, the house, the cat and me!) my kids are aged 7 and 3 1/2, my youngest can just about manage to spray it with very little accuracy so maybe younger children would struggle a bit. Great sunny days fun to be had with them.

It is a good water gun. Only thing I dont like is while it is easier to fill this gun up, the part which covers the water tank does not have tight seal and water can spill while using gun. But yeah, if thats not a problem for someone then it is a good buy. My DD likes it.So 4.5 starts :-).

These are really good. Bought two and they've had lots of fun. THey are a perfect size for my 5 and 7 year old. Large enough to hold lots of water but not too cumbersome to hold. A powerful squirt and no leaks. Very easy to refill. Very happy with the product. Essential for every heat wave!
