This is a fun toy for Captain America fans; you can fire nerf bullets and also get your armour to contract, all from the touch of a button. This toy is exactly the right size for the 5-8 age group and quite easy for them to put on. It's not, according to my young testers, the most comfy, but for Captain America fans it's got instant appeal. The actual nerf firing bit hasn't got huge power and does need another hand to load the bullets. I do think that they could have included more than 2 bullets in the packet and that it is a little highly priced. Also, it's not a toy for left handed children due to the way the gun is positioned.That said it went down well here and seems robuster than I thought it would be and being able to control all the features via your fingers adds to the playability.

This is a nice Iron Man armour toy from the new Captain America film that will suit children of between probably four and nine years old.The armour covers one arm (it assumes that the child is right-handed) and clips over the arm. Pressing a button causes the panels on the armour to close, and reveals a 'gun' that on pressing the button will, assuming you have loaded it, fire small plastic missiles a few feet. The missiles are quite small and not very solid, so shouldn't cause too much damage, which is good.Our nephew has really enjoyed playing with this over the last few days, so he hasn't got tired of it at all yet. In fact he would like some more armour! Oh well. Anyway,

it's pretty cool....I feel like iron man in 2 where he steps into the suitcase and his suit builds around him! It's actually my son's...and we got it for him for Christmas. It was being sold in Tesco for £12 but they'd run out, so we bought it here for £17. I don't think it's worth more than that. It takes other bullets, including the Elite Strike Nerf ones and the cheaper version from Asda. My son loves this so much, he doesn't take it out when friends are here because he's worried they'll break it. So it's not been played with as much as his other nerf guns, but he says it's brilliant. The spare bullet holders come off too easily though, so we don't use them.

Great toy, if your kids love Marvel and all things superhero related, this will be a real winner. I just cannot tire of being attacked by the foam bullets, whether I have just gotten out of the shower or am preparing dinner, nothing beats the sensation of having a foam bullet lodged into your ear hole or worse!!!!!My son is very happy with this as the trigger mechanism is easy to use and not too hard to pull back, he also appreciates its accuracy although I don't :)

My boy loves Iron Man and this is perfect - he gets to pretend to be Iron Man and shoot Nerf bullets at his brother! What more could you ask for?! It seems to be well made and has been played with a lot since Christmas, so far it's holding up. Would recommend.

Bought this for my son as he wanted this for a long time, he has worn and used it every day since Christmas.Only 2 Nerf darts though which tend to break or get lost so might be worth getting some spares to save the tears

My son just had to have this for Christmas. It was actually towards the top of his list. I don't think I've actually seen him use it once. Maybe he's becoming a collector of toys. It would certainly explain his room.

Arrived quickly and looks fab. Haven't played with it yet as it is a Xmas present but I'm sure my son will love it.. at half price I can't complain ?
