I got the 'XL' size in black and it fits all my dimensions very comfortably ( which are in my review's headline details ). I was hoping that there was some way that feet could be slipped out in the way that hands can, but no....it's all stitched up down there. There is a noticeable absence of any declaration in regard to a 'Tog' rating but I would hazard a guess that it would not be too efficient for braving the elements in North European Winter climates for instance. It also comes in one of those camper's compression bags, so the straps can tug it down to a smaller size for packing when on the move. As a retired widower now, and although I am still fit and agile for my age,I am intending to wear my wearable sleeping bag indoors at times in the Winter too. There is that period of time between 9 a.m and 4 p.m where I don't bother to have the central heating on and, depending on how cold it occasionally can get, I may slip this on in the afternoon if I've become sedentary in front of the telly, as us old 'uns have a wont to be when the weather is grottily inhospitable outdoors. It's a doddle to get out of, in fact easier than extricating myself from a conventional sleeping bag.Eamonn
