I purchased this product for the acne on my 5 week old baby’s face. I had previously tried all sorts of gentle soaps and even just lukewarm water and nothing was helping, some even looked like it was making it worse. I started with one application of this and on the second day worked up to twice a day and by the third day it was already significantly better. I am actually shocked at how fast it worked. I’ve never used a product where the results have been so obvious—the product does not say safe for eyes (just says “high skin and eye tolerance” and didn’t want to chance it) so I’ve completely avoided the area and you can see a definite “edge” to where I’ve applied the product,

Amazing product! Used for my 6 week old son's baby acne which covered his entire face, neck, scalp, ears and some of chest. I read all these positive reviews and decided to give it a try despite the steep price tag. Although hopeful, I was hesitant that it would produce the same results for my child because his acne was pretty concentrated in some areas and more spots would develop daily. Let me say, IT WORKS! I used the product at each diaper change. It was very effective in calming down the redness and inflammation of the skin. His acne cleared up in about a week!! AMAZING!! Also, the roughness that the acne left is gone and the soft, baby skin has returned!

I love this and so does my son's skin! We have been battling a small diaper rash for a few months. His poor little bum crack is always red. I've started using this on his bum during diaper changes. After I am finished wiping him, I squirt a pump or two of this on a wipe and wipe him down with this and then apply zincofax. Redness went away in 2 days and has not been red for over a week now. I have also found it useful for washing his face after he eats and for wiping food off his body between baths. Does a far better job than a plain old cloth with water or a wipe. My son has very sensitive skin that dries out easily but so far his skin has not gotten dry from regular use.

Im a first time mom & i was worried about my baby’s baby acne. Although i knew its normal and it will go away in sometime, i just want it gone and have my baby’s cheek back to normal. I was scrolling in amazon and i am so grateful bumping into this sweet item! It was such a big help clearing out the acne. I combined it with Mustela face cream and boom! After 3 days of continuous application, (day and night) now my baby’s skin is back to normal. Fortunately, my baby’s skin did not react to the face cream when i did the skin test patch contrary to other comment. Always do your skin test momma. Also, its a bit pricey, its so worth it. I would definitely would recommend this!

My newborn daughter started to have baby acne at the 2nd week after she was born. She had breakouts almost everyday and to the point it started becoming red and it will bleed. I first heard about this product from a video on how to relieve baby acne and tried it on my baby. After a few days of applying and cleaning my baby's face and neck area, despite my doctor told me not to put anything, it started to clear up really quickly. Overall I'm pretty happy with it and it very gentle to her skin unlike other cleaning products.

My baby got acne at 4th week. Terrible acne all over her face and body. I stopped using baby wash and washed her only with lukewarm water. It didn’t help. Then I used another brand which helped my friend’s baby but didnt work for my baby.After watching some youtube videos, I decided to give Mustella a try. Thank God for those videos it cleared my baby’s skin in 3-4 days. I use this water exclusively on her face now I dont apply anything else.For future I will use whole line of mustella for baby’s skin care.

Y’all. I had to come on here to write a review for this stuff. I think it might be magic? It helped my baby’s acne in a few days. My first child had bad acne for a few weeks. I am using this 2x per day with a Mustela baby face cream as well. It has calmed down his skin significantly compared to using plain water and face cream. 100% would recommend!

I use it for baby acne of my 1 month old daughter. It cleared completely the forehead in 2 days! But acne keeps coming back on cheeks where it is more stubborn and did not disappear yet but everytime I apply this water the skin clears a bit more.

I use this with cotton pads for diaper area for sticky mess and it’s way better than wipes and cleans better than just water or honest bottom spray.I love it except for the price which I find a bit expensive.
