Arrived in good time, and at a good price. Have only been using the product for a couple of weeks, to supplement my martial arts training. Not a hardcore beefcake type user. Every 2 days I'll 3 tablets twice a day, first quite early in the day, then second lot after training in the evening. Always take with food, high carb/protein. The pills themselves are quite large, not easy to swallow whole. I wonder if you can break them in half.Seeing gradual results, less fatigue and pain the days after training, and increasing definition in the arms and chest (that's what I'm working on). Id recommend if you can afford it, if not just eat lots of chicken.

These are top end Aminos, having used many others, I’ve found these to be the best.
