Yet another amazing installment of MK. Now even better than ever with 3-D, interactive battle grounds, a host of new and old characters and loads of new moves. One of the greatest improvements made in this edition of Mortal Kombat is the fact that each character has 3 fighting styles, 2 ordinary and 1 weapon. These weapons vary from daggers to swords, from nunchakers to Ice blades and they are all great. Some characters casn even impale there weapons into the other character and leave it there for the duration of the round were it will continue to take the opposing characters health. Also the addition of the Krypt, were players collect koins in the various game modes and spend them on koffins,

The hit series Mortal Kombat is back, with Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. The series is famous for its violence and gore and this is no exception.There are 23 characters, each with their own moves and fatalities. Once a match is won the winner can perform a fatality, which is were a character kill the other in a brutal way e.g ripping there heart out.The game play is great. It is fast and bloody. It is not a button basher as each character has there own form. 2 forms for each character are different sets of moves. The final on is a weapon form, were a character can beat the other with a weapon.The graphics are extraordinarily detailed, in the characters and the interactive backgrounds.This game will last you for years with a multiplayer option,

This is porpably the best MK game ever. It has many classic MK fighters such as Scorpion, Zub Zero, Raiden etc. and a host of new ones such as Frost amongst others.There is a room called the Krypt in which you buy Koffins with the Kurrency you earn in the game. Each Koffin costs a different amount of Koins and some contain new arenas and fighters etc. although others may just contain a sketch. There is a new mode called Konquest in which you pick a fighter and learn that fighters moves, combos and fighting styles. Each character has 3 fighting styles, 2 ordinary ones and one with a weapon. For anyone who likes MK this a must buy, if you don't like MK then one go on this beauty and you will.

This is probably one of my fav Mortal Kombat games of all time, along with '4' on the N64! The graphics are very good, the controls are good, the gameplay is smooth and the fun factor is big! There is loads to do and loads of characters to choose from, very good! Buy now 2nd hand for a decent price for a great title!

For those who think GameCube is a family console, think again. Awesome mortal kombat action. Great characters, blind swordsman anyone?
