I bought the monteverde imitation ones previously which worked really well although they did seemed to be low on ink, then I splashed out on these.......what a difference. I will never buy the imitation ones again. The ink flow is smoother, the nib rolls smoother and thus far the amount of ink is greater so perhaps its a false economy going for the cheaper ones. Worth the extra if you can get them at this price but not at some of the prices quoted.

The Pacific Blue refill has a lovely royal blue color. As with other montblanc rollerballs the cartridge has a nice flow and make for a great note taking pen. I haven't exhausted the first one after a couple of weeks of notes and scribbles; and there are two in the box so despite the price it still feels like good value.

Works perfectly as expected.Careful, the title for this item says "Royal Blue" but the description says "Pacific Blue". The item itself is Pacific Blue and it was a bit of a surprise at reception. I didn't send it back because I really needed it.

I'm tight, so after being given a posh pen as a gift I thought i could use cheap refills. I was wrong, sadly!It's unfortunate, but these are just the best. Are they worth the premium price, I think so... but that's an individual opinion

I find the fine point good for crosswords etc on newspaper, it does not bleed through as much as the medium points.Not as smooth as the coarser tip, but seems OK to me. Still a good black.

Always had Medium refills before now and wasn't ever that keen on writing with my pen - however, with the Fine it's now SO much better writing on paper.

Bought on line as covid restrictions were in place . great and my father can carry on doing his job from home and he will only use mont blanc .

Lovely colour! My Montblac is now up and running again, so very pleased. Shame you have to buy two the same colour, would have liked a variety.

The product is as expected, good quality and fit into Montblanc genuine pens. It was delivered from Germany to UK but arrived within the week

Good quality, fit my pen, and I liked the colour. Sometimes they took a minute for the ink to come out though.

Montblance refills are expensive for what they are but these seemed the best value I could find....
