Firstly, I didn't expect for it to arrive in two days, since I live in Croatia. I did pay for an expedited delivery, ordered it on Monday and it was supposed to arrive by Wednesday that same week. It did. I'm impressed. Usually companies and services have to use a map to find Croatia. So 5+ stars for the delivery service. Now onto the product itself. I was dreaming of Fitbit Charge HR and similar fitness trackers but they were too expensive and after I read reviews regarding Charge HR's poor HRM performance I decided to lower my expectations and, to be honest, I'm not the most active person in the world so why bother with expensive fitness trackers?I was looking for a simple pedometer with sleep tracking abilities...Misfit Flash is tiny, light, completely out of the way and it works well. I cannot vouch for its accuracy, but so far it nailed perfectly well when I fell asleep and woke up, it tracks my steps and when compared to my friend's mechanical pedometer it's "there somewhere", so nothing bad. The wristband is lousy and fragile so HANDLE WITH CARE, don't pull on it because it will snap, it just looks cheap. If you handle it with care it will last, probably. Belt clip is sturdier and I use it when riding a bike (clasped to my shoe) or moving around (clasped to the inside of my pocket). I wear the wristband only when sleeping. So far I'm impressed and since I haven't had any high expectations from this device I'm satisfied with my purchase. Those 12 LED-s on the Flash's face are pretty much useless as a watch (since you cannot say what minute it is, exactly, because it shows minutes in the increments of 5 minutes) but it's ok to get an estimate. The app... I'm on Windows Phone and I was happy to find out Misfit has an official app for Microsoft's mobile platform. UNFORTUNATELY, the app is NOT on par with Android/iOS. Design language aside (naturally, apps on Windows Phone follow special desigh philosophy)), the functionality is not the same. For example, you cannot tell your Flash what the long press on the button does. (To clarify, the Flash's face is a button, and when you long press it, the Flash goes into "ok, some serious fitness is about to happen" mode). I had to use my partner's Android tablet to tell my Flash that the long press means cycling. And later on, when you sync your Flash to your Windows Phone, the activites are NOT broken down to "light, intensive, cycling, running...".The app on Windows Phone shows only your daily stats (calories, steps, km) and sleep activity and that's that. The app on Android does so much more. I've contacted Misfit and they said they'll "consider" adding more features to Windows Phone app. That's a problem I've noticed with so many Companies. They decide to support WP but only partially. And that's a pity. So if you own Windows Phone with no other means of syncing (someone else's Android or iOS) your experience with the Flash will suffer. Sadly. But the device itself is cool, light, it works and it keeps you interested in moving, and it definitely helps you see when you're moon walking, like I obviously did last night for full 7 minutes ;) The Flash is not for serious fitness fanatics because it only has an accelerometer, no HRM or altimeter or any of those fancy sensors.

Handy size, perfect for all ages. Easy to use and set up. I only use it to count steps but it has numerous other functions; such as recording sleep. I carry it around with me all day, I hardly know its on me. Can be worn clipped on your shoe (recommended), on your wrist with the strap included, on your belt loop or even on your bag. It comes in all different colours but not available when I bought this one but I was happy with the colour I ended up with. Lightweight too which is also a bonus. Easy to sync the data onto the misfit app and other apps such MOVES or Google Fit on android or ios (via bluetooth). If you are looking for more in-depth data analysis then this is not for you.Perhaps the Misfit Shine or other activity trackers would be better for you. The Flash is certainly worth the money I paid for it. Would recommend anyone to buy this little gadget.

I was really impressed with this for the price as a lot of other trackers can cost a lot more. I also found the app was really easy to work with and the process of syncing the device was very easy. I would recommend a better clip though, as I wore mine most of the time on my pocket or waistband and unfortunately it has popped off and gotten lost so it might be worth finding an alternative place to wear it, or finding a way to keep it more secure. Overall though I would definitely get another one, and probably will as soon as I can afford to.

Love it! Really light weight and it's great that rather than counting steps it's a point system. The more you exercise the more points you get. It's tracks multiple work outs too which is great. The sleep tracking isn't accurate but then again I don't think I need to know about how I sleep.Would like to be able to get hold of replacement straps though because the grey has got a little tatty.

I have owned quite a few activity trackers and they all feel heavy on my wrist and annoy me but this one is just right. It's lightweight and waterproof and doesn't agitate me. It's not top of the range but it does what it says and it's easy to get along with. You can change the bands. The price is descent for what you get. I'm a fan.
