I spent a great deal of time looking for a bluetooth keyboard that would be compatible with my iPad Air 2, including keyboard cases and other third party keyboard options. After doing a mountain of research on YouTube and watching product review videos i kept landing back on this keyboard.Initially I was put off and discounted it because of the folding aspect and i really didn't want a folding keyboard but as it kept coming up I took a deep breath and ordered it.It comes in a box about the size of a CD case (if you remember those!) perhaps a little more squat - really neatly packaged in standard microsoft modern style. The keyboard itself is a smart low profile design and weighs about the same as one of those old double/triple album CD's with a big booklet you used to get. In other words it's easily portable and no thicker when folded up that the ipad in a case. Folded out its neat and smart and is a great option for a portable keyboard. The reason I wanted it is because I found that I tend to type more rapidly than the iPad display can keep up with so i keep dropping letters or it just doesn't register. It's super easy to use, although I'm still getting used to working with the keyboard shortcuts so SOME things are faster to just hop on my PC to do, but when im in bed or out and about working its a great option to use.connecting it is easy as well - very straightforward and the instructions are clear and easy to use.Battery life is incredible - I've charged it ONCE since I bought it months ago....Overall, very very good highly portable pocket keyboard with very wide compatibility for Apple and Android devices, as well as good functionality, low profile form factor - yes it seems a little pricey but trust me its worth it.as an aside, my wife has a keyboard case which was cheaper but it shows - the keys are cheap plastic and clacky and it makes her ipad very heavy so now she take the ipad out and has a second case for when she doesnt need the keyboard! False economy in my opinion - definitely go for this Microsoft keyboard if its in your budget and you want a sleek high quality mobile keyboard solution.

I remember initally being really hesitant of buying this keyboard after seeing it's $99 reveal. I was fortunate enough to see it on Amazon for about £60 this month and now I understand why it has the high price. From the moment you get the box you'll know this isn't some cheap mass-made keyboard being shipped from the other side of the world in a sleeve with an invoice in the side. The packaging is designed perfectly to house the keyboard and it's cables with the same satisfying magnetic closing that the keyboard itself has. Seconds later you can have the keyboard up and running, as mine was charged out of the box and straight away paired with my nearby smartphone after a quick pairing code entry.Using the keyboard itself is excellent, with key sizes not far off what you're familiar with on a full size keyboard and plenty enough key travel for you to know when you've pressed each key. The split in the middle might look awkward but even my self-taught typing abilities quickly adjusted to it. People who have been taught to touch-type in columns should be right at home with the design also. I used the keyboard to type a document nearing 2,000 words on my phone in one session and very rarely was I reminded that I was in fact typing on a portable keyboard and not a PC. The feeling of using the keyboard is very natural.Of course, once you're done you just fold it up and you're on your way. I haven't had to charge it at all since taking it out of the box so battery life looks to impress, and while I do plan to be careful the water resistance is always appreciated in this horrible UK weather. All in all? I couldn't imagine myself using another Bluetooth keyboard. It feels great to use, looks fascinating to passers-by and is portable enough to go in your pocket. Five stars without hesitation.

This is a great little keyboard which takes up very little space. It folds up as you can see from the picture and is really quite slim. You would hardly notice you are carrying it and I can slip it into the sleeve with my iPad mini very easily. It is easy to pair; if you are familiar with using Bluetooth gadgets with your phone or tablet, you should be absolutely fine with this. The keys feel smooth and pleasant to the touch. You can save three connections; a Windows one, Android and iOS. (One of each). The keyboard itself feels nice to type on. The keys have enough travel that you know you have hit them. It will take a bit of getting used to the gap down the middle where the fold is,but it doesn't take more than a few minutes, and I am able to touch type pretty well. There is no lag between pressing a key and the letter appearing on my screen which I have found to be an issue with some cheaper keyboards. In addition to the Qwerty keyboard, you've got a set of function type keys to control things like music volume etc on your device which is a nice touch. If you are after an ultra portable keyboard to sling into your bag to increase the functionality of your tablet or smartphone when you are on the go, then this is definitely a good option.

My husband gifted me this keyboard for use in ny iPad Pro but the iPad doesn't map the keys correctly. Not really a fault of the keyboard as it is a standard PC layout, but it is advertised as being compatible with the iPad and it isn't fully. I would expect the same to be the case for the iPhone but I haven't tested.Other than that, I quite like the keyboard.Things to note:The keyboard is split in two, so that makes it different to use than most keyboards but it is very comfortable to type on.The keys are not all the same size. The T, G, H and N are larger than the other keys. It gets a little getting used to but after a couple of days you won't even notice. It folds in half so if you want totype on your lap it won't work very well. The fact that you can connect to 2 different devices at the touch of a button means that if you use 2 devices regularly this will improve your workflow. There are other options for this but none quite so portable. The keyboard is extremely compact for travelling but feels sturdy and well built. The keys are fairly silent, which I quite like.All-in-all I think this is a good purchase, especially if you travel a lot and like to use more than one device.

Tried a lot of these portable bluetooth keyboards, ranging in price from £20 up to this one. Was hoping to find a good solution for an inexpensive price, basically trying to avoid paying for this keyboard, but in the end I decided this was worth the investment. It is by far the best portable foldable bluetooth keyboard I have tried. The keys re pleasant to use. The middle key split takes a little getting used to for touch typing and I find the caps lock key a little large, but these are the only two niggles I can raise. Everything else is spot on. It is bar far the slimmest and lightest keyboard I have used, has the best build quality, key travel, best looking and with a great battery.Just fold close to turn off and sling it in the bag. Combined with a simple foldable stand for a phone or tablet and you've got a workable mobile office. Worth the investment as will last a long time and work with many devices. If you need this for only absolute emergencies can can warrant carrying something bulkier, there are other options, but if you intend to use this more frequently and bag space is a concern, or you just like quality products, this is for you.

This is my 4th keyboard and this is the best quality. It is very thin and light. Setting up is very easy just remember to hold down the bluetooth key for several seconds to start pairing. Once paired it links very quickly every time its switched on.Opening it out switches it on and folding it switches it off. When opened it lies flat unlike many others. I find the keyboard one of the best I have used. There is no £ sign key but you can get it with shift plus 3 and I have not yet worked out how to access the euro sign. I have not found any instructions except for some simple pictures on the box explaining how to se it up.However for me its one major flaw is its size. It will not fit in my shirt pocket,my trouser pockets or my inside jacket pockets. There is a 2 cm boarder at the top of the keyboard and a 1 cm boarder at the bottom. If these were removed it would easily fit in my pockets. Therefore I am still using poorer quality keyboards that will fit in my pockets.

This is a great keyboard, nicely spaced, it has a split key design which I am used to but for others may take a week or so for them to get up to speed with. it folds out nicely, I've removed two starts for two design omissions. You cannot use this on your lap as it will fold in half, it needs a rigid support, some sort of clip or slide under on the underside could have solve this issue. The other is that there is no tiny led telling you the device is charging or charged. These are minor niggles as I usually use it on a desk and plug it in over night. but if you want to use this keyboard on your lap and you don't always have something rigid to hand to support it,you'd do better elsewhere.Other than this its a great keyboard and I'm glad i've bought it. I use it with my pixel c , iphone, ipad and samsung telly. (only two profiles can exist at once)

This is a fantastic bit of kit. The first one I bought had bricked within the first few weeks. This is a really common problem from what I understand as you will find from a basic Google search. The current unit is working just fine, and it’s a fantastic way to stay connected while you are out and about and wanting to type emails at a decent. This is a fantastic bit of kit. Delivered within 12 hours on Prime. As the sticker on the front of the box confirms, it is a UK keyboard. Packaging was excellent and the charging and pairing instructions inside the lid of the box are all you need to get up and running.I'm using it right now to write this review and I really like it, enough of a key click to let you know all is well as you type without any effort required. Layout is great and the split down the middle hasn't caused any of the consternation I was expecting.Gosh it's slim and very portable. Easily fits into even a small handbag! Great that it starts up and shuts down simply by opening and closing and an added bonus for me that it's water resistant as I may need to use it outdoors.Glad I never blew a fortune on an ipad keyboard now!

If you're anything like me and need to type long emails or social media posts on your phone and/or tablet then I'd highly recommend this keyboard. It's easy to carry aroind (it just about fits into my jacket pocket however I prefer to stow it in my laptop bag and I've invested in a small hardshell case for further protection); pairing to your devices is a doddle and you pretty much get a full sized keyboard despite its small dimensions when it's folded in half (and it will stay shut as there's magnets to keep it closed when you're on the move. So far this hasn't let me down and it's also helped me type faster when compared to using the smaller touch keyboard built into my devices - so all inall highly recommended

So I'm at uni at the moment, and have to cycle in... I don't really want to take a bag with me (I'm lazy) bought a cheaper non-folding keyboard before this and hated it as it kept double pressing each key and having to be really precise. this keyboard is a life saver. with Word and Excel and all those on my phone (they're free) I can make my notes super quickly and easily. and using one drive, they sync automatically online, so i cant loose all my notes. the keyboard is awesome, its yet to run out of battery (I charged it like 2 months ago and occasionally plug it in for like 10 mins) but it works like a normal keyboard, but way more compact and easier... its cool... buy it...you can be cool too...

I use this with an iPad 6th generation and Android mobile phone (OnePlus 6). This keyboard is the best for portability - it just slips into the sleeve case that I store my iPad in.Pairing is easy, the device connects instantly when unfolded and the connection is always stable. The ability to pair two devices is so useful for those times you need to fire off a quick message via your phone without breaking your workflow.Battery life is fantastic and I charge it less than once a month despite daily use.I've spilled water on it and even coffee and the keyboard still runs just fine and is easy to clean.Overall a fantastic product which enhances my workflow with portable devices.

This is now my second favourite keyboard after my mechanical keyboard that cost three times as much. It's a very good mobile keyboard. I'd suggest not listening to the reviews complaining about odd key sizes. Within the space of a half hour of typing you'll be totally used to this and it won't be a problem. Every keyboard requires adaptation, and this isn't particularly hard in the case of this keyboard. I love that you can quickly and easily select which device you're pairing to, and that you can turn the keyboard off by closing it. It's so much better than the apple wireless keyboard that I was using with my iPhone, and it's so tiny too.

It’s a great little keyboard - open it out, it turns on and connects automatically - close it, it turns off... great way to save on battery! Also, it has a micro USB input socket, which is a great feature (ie. not having to replace batteries etc). You can pair it with a few devices and it has a toggle switch for easy pairing (between android, iOS and windows). Highly recommend this keyboard - I use it with my iPad during work travels, and it’s great. The only reason for 4* is that it takes a little time to get used to typing on it - a lot of typos at the start, but once you get used to it, it’s greag

Great keyboard, and feels like a quality item.I found it very easy to connect to both my iPad and my Android phone.Unfortunately it won't connect to my PC despite using a Bluetooth 4.0 dongle. The reason for this appears to be because I am still using Windows 7, and it looks like you need to be running Windows 8 at a minimum to be able to pair with a PC.Battery life is great and I've actually charged it with a standard android phone charger at the mains with no ill effects.Because it folds you will need a sturdy surface to use it on, it's quite a faff to use on your knee because of this.
