A lightweight optical mouse with the usual scrollwheel and USB connector that also includes a well made, Microsoft-branded, USB/PS/2 adapter to allow use on machines with a PS/2 socket thereby freeing up one of our USB slots. And we never have enough USB slots do we?I had been using Microsoft Intellimouse ever since they were first launched and when my last sample brokedown I had to find an alternative. This is it. Almost identical feel, much quieter in use, looks very similar, and very responsive. Installation was just a matter swapping the old out and the new in. Windows 7 did not even react to the swap.

This is a good value optical wired mouse. We brought it as it had to work with a very locked down version of Windows 10. For security reasons we can't use Bluetooth mice.I have bug hand but still find it comfortable to use, more so than larger mice.The buttons are OK but not quite as positive as on more expensive mice but this mouse is dirt cheap so allowances should be made.The mouse tracks very well, the scroll wheel just works as it should.It works out the box on Macs and Windows.I'd like it to have a horizontal scroll function but can let very without that at this price.

This was bought to replace my previous Microsoft mouse that eventually suffered a cable break somewhere. I am happy with the size and appearance of this basic optical USB mouse. The left and right button tops have been redesigned as part of the top plastic moulding which is divided to a position in the centre so you actually flex the left or right side of the top cover. This must save on manufacturing and assembly costs.

This as bought as a replacement for an original MS optical mouse I've owned for more years that I care to remember, which succumbed to close contact with a cup of coffee. In every way it is a suitable substitute. The only minor niggle I have is that the original was a larger mouse that better fitted my hand; other than that it is an excellent (non-gaming) mouse for the noon-gamer!

Sometimes you don't want or need a cordless mouse.This works on any PC or Mac, without any messing about. No batteries required and 100% keeps working whenever its plugged in. I keep one handy for when I'm doing a presentation. If my bluetooth mouse plays up, then I can plug this in and keep going.Looks ancient, but then, so do I and I still work too!

Bought this on a recommendation and it is taking a bit of getting used to, but then it is lighter than the mouse that it replaced and has a different feel. No real complaints, but it does not feel sturdy and I do wonder how long it will last.

Very nice everyday mouse. Price isn't bad. The buttons feel nice. If anything I would like to to have bit more weight behind it but its not a huge issue. Had Microsoft mice before and they usually lasted for a good while.

I like them small. This mouse is 11cm long but I prefer them shorter at about 8.5 cm. I wish the suppliers would state the dimensions! Still, it will do as a spare. It's the larger one in the photo (obviously).

This a basic mouse, it is however a rather good mouse for the money, it will not help you defend against the Smelly Demons of the Sub-Universe (fictional characters out of my head) but it will do the job well.

My old Microsoft mouse stopped working properly and I bought this replacement. It's very slightly longer and a bit deeper in shape but I find it comfortable to work with.

Had loads of other pc mouse but the Microsoft outshines all the others for precision, comfort and ease of use. 5 star all the way.

Had to hunt down this simple corded mouse, why are manufacturers pushing cordless? A corded mouse outlasts a cordless every time.

Great mouse, no batteries, LED so no ball, great value, and reliable. What more do you want from a mouse?

There isn't much to say about a Microsoft mouse. But the delivery was good and I am very happy with it
