Please note that this review is from the perspective of an 18 year old who bought this to sleep at night - I point out a few aesthetic errors in this review, but if you're planning to buy this for your young son/daughter, there's even more reason to buy it as they really won't notice these.What attracted me to this model was the side and the price of the item - similar plushies can go for more than double the price (paid 30 quid), and this model really was great value for money.The best aspect of the plush is that it's great to hug and snuggle - there's just enough stuffing in the top half of the tiger to make it wonderful to hug, and in my opinion, this is the best thing about the tiger.Now onto some drawbacks.

Lovely large toy bought for my toddler which loves riding it. Decided to buy it instead of a cheaper one as this one looks nicer and more realistic and still glad I did. I love lying on it too. the head I think has a light polystyrene thing in it (imagine the white stuff that would encase a stereo to protect it which i think is used to keep it's shape but whilst being light so the head holds up properly, which i think is a good idea and is fine. :) The tail is floppy and not stiff. Oh, as a perfectionist i think it'd be nicer with a wider back half, legs and tail as i think it's a little out of proportion!!!

This is a good product and received quickly. Whilst I knew at time of ordering that it was no where near the size of an adult Bengal tiger, I did believe that it was larger then a young Bengal tiger cub. Lovely product and received in very good condition but a lot smaller then I had pictured it to be. A fully grown adult Bengal tiger would be two and a half times at least larger so this one is a young baby or toddler anyway who sleeps endlessly on the back of our bed. Thankfully this young tiger has not grown those viscous teeth and claws that could kill us in the middle of the night.

Bought with the lion as birthday presents for my nephews - both age 4.They both love them, as did their older brother!Excellent delivery time, beautiful realistic looking stuffed animal. Larger than I had imaging but not overly so.Comfortable for both children and adults to lie on!One small issue - the stitching in one area on the tiger's back was slightly open - nothing coming out of it except the piece of thread. Otherwise cannot fault it!

We got this for our daughter. (grown up) She just loves tigers. This is so life like. I pulled it from the box it came in accidentally by its tail. Had i not been on the ball it would have taken my hand off. That is how life-like it is. If you are wondering if it is worth the cost. I will say hand on heart. that after seeing i would pay a little more. It is beautifully made. Thats all, i have got to go and feed it.

I read the reviews on this before hand and was cautious but I am so pleased with this. It's gorgeous and really well made! I can't wait for my little boy to unwrap on his birthday as I know he will love it. The price changes often so I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full rate but had the price not lowered I think it's worth every penny even at full price! Very rarely are we let down with Melissa and Doug Toys.

Arrived promptly and well packaged. Little disappointed that the tigers head appears to be made out of polystyrene and some white stitching is visible on the paws and ears. However overall it looks fabulous and very tiger-like and I know my 5 year old daughter will be the happiest little girl on Xmas morning when she sees it. Great overall just perhaps a little over priced.

Brilliant toy, my son loves it! It's huge, and 'guards' his bedroom! It's a soft, plush toy apart from the head, which is (I think) tough, light polystyrene for strength covered in fur and helps the toy to sit straight and look at it's best. A great buy that he'll treasure forever. The rest of us are rather fond of him too!

Received really well by little boy. Named Gary by larger boy. It's stylised, as in, that is not foreshortening making those front legs and paws massive - they are bigger but we don't mind. Makes a good floor cushion prop too in an extra-seating sort of way. Also makes our ikea sofa almost comfortable.

Got it for Christmas for my 5 year old. Is without a doubt his favorite toy. It's big and impressive but light enough that my son carries it everywhere he goes in the house. He even wants to sleep with him and has named him Jaws. It is also a hit with his friends when they come home.

We have this tiger and the giraffe in the same range. Both are adored by our toddler twins. This tiger is particularly popular because its head is at the children's height. It seems well-made and copes with a lot of over-enthusiastic displays of affection! Recommended.

Wonderful, our Tigger is a permanent employee in our Photo Studio and is very popular with all the children who ride him. He is VERY well made with beautiful markings and can give two three year olds a ride with space to spare.

Not soft as a plush toy, more cheap and cheerful. Big certainly and my son who had it for his 1st birthday loves it. Lots of toys are softer, this isn't. Its like big a cushion really and lives on the floor.

I bought this tiger as a Christmas present for my daughter. Safe to say she loved it and still does. Very pleased with how the tiger looks and its quite big. All round it's a good product.

granddaughter loves it not quite as good I thought as the photo back halves of the tiger seems to me a bit to small for the head size but cant complain about the quality
