Maybelline Mascara Rocket is one very easy to use mascara which provides me with great results. The brush is great as actual brush reaches into the roots of my eyelashes covering them equally with mascara. I found the brush was so thick with spikes it actually tickled my eye and it did take a bit of getting used to but I was so pleased with the results I was quite happy to get used to the funny sensation.I love the actual container as it was easy to open and even easier to hold as with the shape of the actual lid which held the brush plus the container was shaped so thickly in the middle and narrow at the top and bottom which allowed me to hold it firmly and securely.As stated the actual mascara was very black,

L'Oréal======They are the largest cosmetics company in the world. They have loads of brands from Garnier, L'Oréal and have huge research facilities in respect of cosmetics. Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Equally, just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're evil. I've tested loads of L'Oréal stuff ranging from WOW this should be on the NHS to Oh my golly gosh-this is dreadful.OK? Let's go..MAYBE IT'S GOOD==============It's one of the best mascaras that I've used. I really like it. (Currently my favourite)MAYBE IT'S EASY TO APPLY======================It is easy to apply and its soooo black and gorgeous.

Maybelline Mascara Rocket Waterproof is good, but not the best I've ever used so thus the 4/5 stars.Maybelline mascara's have nice chunky tubes which makes them a little bulky in the makeup bag but easy to hold on to, speaking of chunky that's what the jet-glide brush was like - a chunky rubber brush with short bristles, which is a bit of a mixed blessing as the shorter bristles seem to help prevent clumps but makes it a little more difficult to get the tiny lashes at the corners of the eyes or on the bottom eyelid. The formula is smooth so was easy to apply without any clumping, it also starts off with quite a light layer so you can build-up layers to build your desired look.I saw no volume,

Firstly, I have only ever used waterproof mascara and therefore cannot compare this mascara to any non-waterproof ones, this review is only in comparison to other waterproof mascaras.I can honestly say this is the best mascara I have ever used, and I've used some really expensive brands in the decade that I have used make-up. The mascara is easy to apply, and the brush separates the eyelashes perfectly, giving an even coating with no clumping whatsoever. In the end you end up with very bold and defined lashes. Quite often with waterproof mascaras I find it is very hard to remove, which causes a build-up on the lashes, resulting in a clumpy look when you go to apply your mascara the next day.

I often find mascara irritates my eyes, but I had no problems with this one, which is a big plus point for me. It applied well to my lashes, though the large size of the applicator makes it a little difficult to get to the corners of your eyes. One thing I loved was that my lashes still felt like lashes, they didn't have that hard, brittle feel you get with some mascara.I only had slight clumping and I think if you were very careful while you were applying the mascara you wouldn't have any. Plus it's waterproof, which is a bonus. (I watched Supervet whilst wearing it and at one point was in floods of tears butdidn't have any issues with it running.)My minor negatives are the slight awkwardness

I rarely use mascara, but have to say that I was so impressed with this that I have begun to use this during the daytime as well as for evenings (which is probably the only time I use full make-up). The mascara offers ‘rocket’ volume and comes in a rocket shaped bottle. It is nice and chunky to hold, but takes up a fair amount of room in a make-up bag and is not particularly stable if you prefer to stand make up on your dressing table.The brush itself is thicker than others I have used – rather solid looking and with short bristles. On the plus side, this was fairly easy to apply (the thickness of the brush made it a little more difficult to do the corners of my eyes) and did give good volume and colour,

This is one of the best mascaras I have ever used - and I was skeptical to begin with! I need to use a waterproof one as after several eye ops my eyes tend to water up at the slightest provocation. Wind, rain, misty days and off course emotions, all send my eyes streaming - I live in the Scottish Highlands as well, were we are liable to all four factors at least! The one I used prior to this also had the tendency to clump up in big clods on the eyelashes; it was quite an expensive one too. The bit I was skeptical about was the shape, was this another gimmick? Well, maybe, I certainly found the bomb shaped casing difficult to wield at first, but got the hang of it quite quickly. The main thing is,

I have used a maybelline mascara before, I can't remember which one but it wasn't this 'Rocket' one. I wasn't particularly impressed with it and I went back to my No. 7 mascara. This Maybelline product is excellent though, I would highly recommend it if you have straight eyelashes. My eyelashes are relatively long but due to the lack of curl they don't look that impressive. I cannot be bothered to curl them in the mornings, and so just apply mascara.You apply the mascara with the spoon shaped brush. Initially I thought I was holding it incorrectly but actually as it slowly pulls through the lashes it really coats each lash. My lashes looked curled, longer and definitely thicker.

Maybelline have really upped their game in the mascara field and have produced a really good mascara.This gives a good black lash and resists the eye rubbing transfer that normally comes with mascara. It doesn't flake and as long as you take care when applying it doesn't clump- I tend to apply one eye then the other and then back to the first eye for its second coat and find that this can do 3 coats without the dreaded spider legs look.It has a great brush which coats from root to tip to make sure you get a really dramatic look.The only issue that I have found is that like all waterproof mascaras it can be a touch difficult to remove,

This is an excellent mascara that goes on well without any clumps, I find this has happened with even some of the more expensive mascaras. The brush is slightly different to others I have used before and it seems to be easier to use in providing a smooth distribution of the mascara on to my lashes. The look is shiny black and one coat is great for me as I like more minimal look but to coats might give added depth and impact for nights out.I was very impressed by the lack of smudging when I have accidently rubbed my eyes 10 minutes after application; it lasted well from morning to night. I do find the actual tube a little garish but the product is great so I'll not worry too much about the

This Maybelline Rocket offers the key features I look for in a mascara. Firstly it is not too expensive. Secondly you get a good brush which effectively coats and separates lashes. Thirdly, it lives up to its billing of being an intense shiny black. Fourthly, it is easy to apply and doesn't leave you with panda eyes. Finally removal is also quick and easy with a decent make up removal lotion. In terms of the look created, the eyelashes look well defined with no clumping but without the colour seeming garish or over the top. It is also lasts pretty well over the course of the working day without the need to reapply. In short,

This review is based upon testing and feedback from my wife. I love maybeline products having previously owned many. As a mascara the quality and consistency is excellent not being clumpy and application is easy with excellent results. My lashes are are naturally dark so this helps complement them well by giving the appearance of thicker lashes but without looking too overdone. The results were excellent and lasts reasonably well. The mascara can be quickly and easily removed with any make up remover. Nice size so can be slipped into pocket, purse or handbag easily. The quality of the product coupled with the great price make this an excellent product, definitely recommend.

Teenage daughter's review. I love Maybelline products, and this Rocket Mascara is excellent. Great consistency with no lumps, and very easy to apply. It is very black indeed, but it makes my eyes look great, especially after applying multiple coats. The one coat I applied lasted an entire evening, and still looked just as good when I got home. It is also easy to remove when you need to. This is a very reasonable size mascara - big enough to last a fair while, but small enough to carry around in your bag. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this mascara, as I do all the Maybelline products I have used. They represent great quality at an affordable price.

Maybelline Mascara Rocket - Very Black.I am not familiar with this brand so it was good to give it a try.This chunky mascara means business and provides a very dark, very thorough application of mascara.I have reasonably long eyelashes and the first few applications did clump despite all the product claims. I have now got into the habit of wiping off excess on the brush with a piece of tissue and then I get a good effect.It takes quite a lot of remover to take it off but it's pretty heavy duty and has excellent staying power without smudging.I think my all time favourite is the Eyecu brand that comes in a tube but this isn't too bad at all and cheaper.

This is a fairly conventional mascara. Maybelline have not gone here for an angled or peculiarly shaped brush, preferring instead to stick with the more conventional, old fashioned bottle brush style applicator. It goes on quite evenly, but takes a while to dry, and if you are interested in creating volume by layering the mascara, it does tend to clump after a couple of applications. It is properly waterproof, which is good. I liked the shape of the packaging. It's nice and chunky and not too long or awkward to handle. It holds a curl very well when you use eyelash curlers. All in all it's a good, solid product and I would definitely buy it again.
