The sleeping bag can be compressed, but expands in the tent after unpacking but quite quickly again. Ever positive. I bought the sleeping bag for a summer hike. At the quite summery night temperatures he was too warm in the tent. But for spring and autumn I can well imagine that it is pleasantly warm. Practical for this sleeping bag: the hood goes over the eyes and serves at the same time as sleeping glasses / darkening or as animal protection for the overnight stay without a tent. Even tall people (I grew 193cm tall) find space there.
