German engineering from a company 150+ years old, with a 10 year guarantee for just over £20... need I say more?This compact socket set is perfect for most general jobs you might need a socket set for. With sockets from 4.5 - 14mm and a plethora of screw driver heads for screws I hope I never to have to come across, a strange Y shaped piece of metal I've yet to figure out the purpose for and a variety of handles and connectors. I think I'm all set.The ratchet handle has a solid rotation action, with no wiggling. The sockets latch on to the pin very well and they stay locked in place until you activate the release button.

Fantastic little kit. Particularly the wrench and the screwdriver which all the sockets and screw both fit on both.So many different little screw bits included, all the cross head shaped driver bits, flat head, torx, and hex bits in metric and imperial, plus some odd shapes security bits too. Basically this kit with fit everything and anything.The ratchet spanner is nice and sturdy and small, and has a good ratchet click that feels good quality. There’s also a T-bar which all these bits and sockets fit on to, as well as a small extension bar. Plus you even get a small set of Allen keys! What else could you need.Comes in a solid hard plastics box with a layer of foam that sits in the middle to keep the bits in-place,

Not a bad product, especially for the price.I'm not entirely impressed that they stopped the Torx adapters at T45 (I needed T50), they never sold it as coming with T50 but it's really irritating when a manufacturer can't just do something right.This isn't the reason I'm taking a star off, but I'm adding this to vent some frustration and so if anyone wants to clarify if it comes with a T50, now they know (two birds one stone).Other than that, for it's price, it's pretty good, I've taken one star off because of the Reversible Ratchet Handle and the fact that they could have made it so that the socket adapters could have clipped in to the case rather than just placed in to as it becomes a small issue when opening /

This kit is excellent value for money. Before I say anything about the kit itself, it’s German made, it’s made by a name brand and comes with a 10 year warranty. Straight away that shows me they have confidence in their product.It comes with an excellent selection of bits. Phillips bits, torx bits, a reversible ratchet, a screw driver and much more - all of which feel like they’re made out of high quality tools steel and feel sturdy and well made.The tools and bits also come in an excellent storage case, perfect to be stored in a bag or on a bench in a workshop. All bits are held inside a nice rubber retainer.I bought this kit for taking seats out of cars as well as having complete collections

Perfectly adequate set. I knew it didn't have a 15mm socket, but I guessed correctly that there was enough space to move things around a little bit and find space for the very car-friendly 15mm, which was easy and cheap to buy locally, so I have gone from entirely satisfied with the standard item I originally bought to very pleased indeed with the now "tailor-made" set which has still come in at a very, very attractive price. The quality is good. There's always a way for the bad worker to moan about a tool they have just mistreated' but any normal, careful, competent user will get very good service from this set of tools.

I've used this set for just about every DIY job in the house and garage. It even includes the screw bits for the annoying Mercedes parts which have a small circle inside the screw head making a standard Philips useless against it. The Alan keys are fantastic for when you need to take apart a bed and have lost the size it came with.The biggest problem for any DIY task is making do with what you've got rather than buying a full set. This works at the time but ruins the screw drivers and the screw heads making future adjustments a total nightmare. Spend £25 and a proper set to save headaches.

This is one of my favourite tool purchases ever. It has every kind of bit you'd ever need for fixing things around the house.It's nicely organised in the case with each piece clearly identified.My only negative is that coupler has a large diameter, making it impossible to reach deep set screws in a narrow opening (like removing the cover from a small appliance). On the bright side, since everything is so clearly marked I've known exactly what to look for the couple of times I've since had to purchase a narrow, long-handled screwdriver.

If you need a high quality set of tools, look no where else. These tools are very high quality, there's a plethora of bits to use and it even comes with a ratcheted wrench (not sure what it's called), you can't go wrong with this set. The case may look cheap, and it is, but it's sturdy and won't break any time soon, and it's certainly not flimsy-cheap. The only downfall of this set is that the screwdriver has a square end, so you have to use the adaptor that comes with this set to put any of the bits on, so don't loose that adaptor!

Great set, loads of bits, proper quality.That said at 1/8" it is more of a glorified screwdriver kit than a wrench kit. So be aware of that.I didn't know ratchets came in small sizes so was initially disappointed. I decided to keep it as it has more and better quality bits than all my other screwdriver kits together. The ratchet size I really wanted instead was actually the 1/4" size, which is quite some difference in size.The only thing that would have made this better was if the screwdriver handle was also ratcheted.

i bought this as it was on offer and i thought it would be handy to have ,i had just bought it and decided to replace the window switch on my car,couldnt figure out what screwdriver i needed and then realised it was probably one of the attachments in this set i needed,i tried a couple and then got the right one,i was able to replace the switch without having to pay someone,which i would have had to do if i hadnt got this,great socket set,would buy again.

Excellent quality although smaller box and sockets than i had imagined. probably because i bought as a gift and i didnt really know what the sizes meant. Husband was pleased but said they are all small sizes! Having said that used the a few that weekend so was a good buy after all for the price and quality. Would recommend but read up more than me on socket sizes in this pack before choosing this pack as opposed to a larger set from Mannesmann.

The set seems very good quality, especially the important bits like the ratchet and sockets. A vast array of driver bits which should cover virtually every fixing you're likely to come across, although my main reason for purchase was the socket set. Great value for a well made selection. The cases on these things always seem like an afterthought which is a shame given that it's housing such a decent product but it does the job okay.

Super little set. Ive had it a year or so now. Used it a lot. Only worn out a couple of no2 pozi drive bits, because thats just wear and tear. Only thing that annoys is that the 5 leftmost sockets become dislodged when the box is jiggled about a lot (as when carried about in a tool bag). everything else stays in its place and is easily accessible. Decent little 1/4 drive ratchet as well. strong case, secure hasps.

This set it more 'mini' than I thought it would be. It's great for small/medium jobs. Great selection of bits, including security torx (useful for dismantling things you're not meant to dismantle). The small size of the driver and ratchet actually comes in very handy for doing jobs in the engine bay of a car where you may not have enough room to get a bigger ratchet in, but still need the torque.

These sockets are built to last and come with a 10 year warranty. For only £22 these are a must buy. The ratchet handle is small enough to get into small locations but large enough to get good purchase. The box is compact and contains just about every bit you will ever need.The sockets go up to 14mm.I would recommend this to anyone.
